@@pxzel it popped up in my news feed and I was like... i know him! We met in the 3000gt stealth group he post every so often. He was over 90 years old i believe and his is a 99 so he probably got 88 and 98 mixed up

I love all 3 "faces" of these cars, but the first gen is my favorite of them. Pop up lights add such a stealthy and sophisticated vibe.

The 3000GT I absolutely love! the only flaw about this car, is that it has huge understeer due to it being front heavy (60% of its weight in the front) and a rather heavy awd system is what made this car not so popular in street and track racing. I owned an MR, and the understeer was crazy on the track the thing just dosen't turn in the corners at high speed without sledging into a barrier, often had to break verry early before the corner and you really feel it's weight imbalance, I just did not like it on the track. Otherwise it was a fantastic car to daily drive verry comfortable and quick, power when you need it and surprisingly economical

@@pxzel The AWD system contributes to most of its weight, the engine placement is also imbalanced with that.. with your GTRs and such they have a more balanced weight ratio that's what really matters on the track. we did a lot of testing on the 3000gt stock
Yep, they were terrible with their perpetual understeer when driven on track. Almost as bad as an Audi.

i have a 95 stealth my self and am wanting to attend more events focused on 3000 to get some advice on what i should do and what not to do
