Twists, Core, and Binds Flow
This full length yoga flow eventually builds up to Half Lord of the Fishes Pose. We'll use movement and breath to strengthen and open up the shoulders, torso, and hips throughout a warming vinyasa flow. It's challenging, but will leave you feeling strong and open. Enjoy!

Show yourself some love today! Today's class releases tension in the upper body using a ball. You can use a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, golf ball... even a foam roller (although you'll have to adjust a bit!) Breathe, listen to your body and be intuitive :)

This class contains only one down dog, no typical "vinyasas", two different arm balances, and many chair poses. BUT don't let that scare you... it's fun and we move through chair quickly as a way of transitioning :) You can expect a good work out and also a good stretch. Grab your blocks if you have them!
Yoga for Your Hips

Not too strenuous, but not effortless either, this is a hip-focused yoga class that should both strengthen and release tension in your hips and lower back :) I'm not using blocks today, but you can practice the entire time with blocks under your hands if you'd like! It will make the postures feel more spacious.
Vinyasa-Less Yoga Flow

This is an untraditional "vinyasa" class where we take away what most people consider a "vinyasa" (chaturanga, to up dog to downward dog.) You can expect to work hard for a good sweat while also stretching and increasing mobility throughout class. Grab blocks if you normally practice with them, otherwise, no props necessary! Have fun!
