Ah...the good'ol days...

Came upon this video by chance and it brought back so many memories. That's me in blue jeans and black T-shrt at 2.46. I know it's only seven years ago, but this was the first time I had ever seen more than a dozen ukuleles in the same space. The setting was surreal - a London Georgian street encased in a glass roof! I remember troubles with the PA and having some fantastic snacks from the outdoor food sellers. Some of the UOoGB played and, of course, we set the world record for the highest number of uke players in one venue. This event promised so much. There would be a big festival in London in 2010. It would attract acts from around the world. There would be workshops, trade stalls and demonstrations from ukulele makers. We all signed up to receive further details and then..........................................nothing. What happened!? What a wasted opportunity. I think this is when a few people in Cheltenham realised that there was a gap in the market and set up the first Ukulele Festival of Great Britain in 2010 (I might be wrong here)

... and the Gangstas were great! That's my two grandkids having their picture taken down by the stage - they blagged your CD from you and loved it!

Thats me sitting down in the red coat and mad blue hat, i'm the lead singer of the Ukulele Gangstas who played just before the Ukulele orchestra of GB on the main stage !! Fabulous day !!

Nothing I said had anything to do with the video, mate. I was directly insulting YOU. Nothing to do with your beleifs, or views. Just you. Anyone at all who claims to KNOW something is true is pretty much asking to be called stupid, especially regarding relgion of any variety, because the very nature of religion is that you can't "know", unless you're crazy or stupid, and so I just assumed that you're not insane, you're merely a guilable ignoramus. I'd continues, but I'm out of characters.
