A gauge attached to the fuel rail is worthless. You need a gauge fitting so you can hook up a pressure gauge that has a hose long enough to see while you are driving. Your fuel pressure can be fine when idling with the hood oped and drop dramatically under power when fuel demand is high.

Thanks for the video. I have a junkyard with several rust free OBS Fords and needed an idea on how to remove these core supports. Lucky for me most of the front hardware is already missing!

This helped me fix my Ford Econoline my transmission wasn't shifting past first and I was getting some really weird idling issues both problems started at the same time so I change the trans fluid, replace the throttle position sensor and the idle air control valve now this 212,000 mi van runs like new I was having a tough time figuring out at first because there's no videos on those Ford cargo vans so I decided to look into the trucks and it's basically the same layout just with the van you got very limited access and a little bit different setup

I have a 95 5.0 mustang i replaced the tps.. it ran like sgit before but worse now.. i did nkt adjust anything because there was no way too turn the iacv just bolt it in.. now the car runs like crap.. should i grab my volt meter an drill out the holes larger on my tps itself so i can adjust it?

Been battling heat soak in my 100% completely stock 2019 F150 5.0 coyote got a similar kit I need to instal. Started at 70k only when towing would just click. Now any day stop run in a store 20 mins or less come back put click try a few times starts right up. It never argues with the flywheel at over a 100k now

Has the sound changed? Usually the lower frequencies aren't changed much by the sound treatment. The upper more bothersome frequency is the one trying to be lowered. The db meter won't catch this. REW with a mic can show this. I compared my Mazda cx5 with a test driven Lexus rx350. They both had the same db, but Lexus sounded and felt much more isolated from the outside. This is due to the lowered high frequencies.

The db might not have changed, but did the type of noise change? Usually the lower sound waves will come through, but the higher db are blocked. Pure db measurements won't catch this since the lower sound waves are less likely to change. REW with mic measurements would show this change

Amazon basics deadener is way better. Resonex did 3rd party testing and the Amazon stuff did awesome especially for the price. Amazon deadener is about 2-3 times more effective than kiln at 80mil…pretty cool

I'm having issues with my pressure gauge it's reading 60psi off. Have a new gauge to install but previous owner and I, of my gto are wondering if pressure regulator has gone out too.

your thermometer read surface temperature, this is reflective surface so you read the temp like on a mirror, your low temp reading are the ceiling or you or whatever what it is but not the floor itself

Remember those were basically just 2 way radios. You may find one of those domo flip phones may allow you to convert some of that old plastic into something functional as those flips have android and a really small screen and the possibility of using some of those old buttons on the key pad. Maby re label some of those buttons or replace that keypad.
