Add To update set will capture the current existing feature to that update set.

This system property is not available by default . Please add this property so that it will work in tokyo , Utah and Vancouver's releases also.

I Can see the error in email subject as "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)". I didn't recieve the email from snow when incident is assigned to me. I can see in email logs with subject :Delivery Status Notification (Failure) and state is sent-ignored. Could you please help to resolve the issue

Hi Chandra, Thank you for your comment. If you look at the video again, it clearly following that UI Policy action runs first then UI policy script will run and demo was just fine. I have shown both the cases. Read out service now doc for more information.

While I am sending the mail the receiver has received the same mail over 20 times ...Why does that happen so?
When an Email account is enabled at PDI then all the queued emails are triggered. Please ensure you check the queued emails and update the state as ignore. Hope this helps.

I May have to look at the Gmail settings as it's triggering from Gmail. Can you look at the pop setting at Gmail once.

Hi Krishna, Just to showcase the use case, I have created the BR and within BR script is added to take the P2 Incident and update to P1. And created scheduled job executes that BR script hence priority updated. For updating the priority of the incidents, we have to update the impact and urgency

How Long UI16 will available. I am working as RPA Developer It's not easy to do automation with next experience UI of Service now compare with UI16.
Hi Mohan I don't think so UI16 will be removed soon as we could still see UI15 when we are on UI16. But adopting to next experience UI would be the recommendation as ServiceNow will make it more stabilized in upcoming version release. Thank you for watching and keep supporting. 🙏
