You gotta treat yourself along the road of life. Celebrate yourself when you can.

Gotta love dumbbells for exposing a weak side or a weak muscle. Best of all they strengthen that weakness so when you go back to your core lifts they explode!
100% correct
Bro keep doing your thing. I thoroughly enjoy your videos
Thank you, brother. I appreciate that. I'm glad somebody does.😅. Seriously thanks man.
No back support, thats legit 🔥
Thanks, brother. I never thought about that, but I guess it does make it harder.
If he keeps doing that his shoulders will be shot in the future
I'm doing it to actually rehab my shoulder. Dumbbells allow your shoulder to move through their natural range of motion instead of being held rigid by the barbell. I see where you're coming from however that's actually fairly lightweight for me when I am not working through an injury. Plus, I'm already 46 years old. My future is now.
Good work 👏
Thanks ✌️
That looks light keep it up your super fuckin strong
Good job bro
Thanks 😊
you scared me man
😂😂
The lat pulldown exercise just a suggestion try bringing your arms closer together and lower the weight and focus on the squeeze of the biceps. The machine your using is to wide. Grab two one arm pulley and hook them on a regular lat pulldown instead of the one your using.
Love your videos man. Strong as fk
Strong bro
Hey man I had almost the same problem on my bench. I had a 375 max bench, but I could rep 355 for 5-6. My bicep would give me trouble for 2 or 3 days after. What worked for me was setting a 30lb dumbbell and EliteFTS green band by the couch. Every 15min or so I’d do 10-15 curls, pull parts and pushups while watching TV with my kids. After about a month the bicep pain went away, and I hit 405 on bench. Also, my shoulders feel way better.
That is awesome brother. Thank you very much for the information.
LIGHT WEIGHT BAYBAY!!!
Well done man💪 i prefer these seated standing destroys my back lol
Thank you I appreciate that. I like seated too. Standing is rough on my lower back.
@@Pit-Boss1977 same here starts of my sciatica, 315 shoulder press is epic
Light Weight baby
missed the rack call on bench?
I have been avoiding them because all I can do is Romanian deadlifts because of how high the bar is and I prefer conventional deadlift so thank you, great advise G
Subbed from across the pond brother ❤

Im having issues with my squats as well. Big legs, right knee injury, hip flexibility issues as well. My best deadlifts are usually the straight leg with little to no knee flexion. My right knee is better, but its not what it was.
Hell yeah the boss 😎🏋️♀️
Thank you. 😃😃🙏
God damn bro
😂 We gotta do what we gotta do don't we buddy. Thanks for tuning in. Have a great day.
Awesome work.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate that.

Get yo azz in tha piiiiiiiiiiiit!!!!
As stupid as it gets. I would rather do weighted dips. Or pressups. Where you can fail safely.
YOU TEACH WELL
I really appreciate that. That means a lot.
Good video man
Glad you enjoyed
I go to my gym at 5 in the morning 4-5 times a week, theres never anyone there to help me if I would have a mishap. The benches have adjustable safety bars though, which work really well. The bar hits my chest before the safety, and when/if I go to failure, I'm always able to bring the bar under my ribcage for it to hit the safety instead of my chest. Squirming out from underneath the bar probably looks a bit funny, but its no problem at all.
Im glad your using the safety features. Thats smart 👍👍🤣💪💪
Get yo azz in tha piiiiiiit!!!!!
💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Dont panic and roll the bar to your hips and than just stand up whit it
Very good info to share.
Glad it was helpful!
Mentzers number 1 fan here. I had mind and body. And I have High intensity the Mike Mentzer way. Great book.
Great channel Bro subbed. love Mentzer and HIT. At 61 it's keeping me buff. And taking me to new highs. Love both the palms up pulldowns. And like you said barbell curls are special too. As you can more isolate the biceps. Its my favorite exercise. Im trying to see how far I can go with the curl. I will be uploading videos on my channel from August to document my progress with HIT...
Are you natural?
Technically, no. I have a doctors prescription for my testosterone. I've had low T for quite some time. That being said I use a little more than what the doctor prescribed. But I still keep my numbers within normal range. 300 -1000. I tried to stay on the high side. 800ish. That being said, I haven't absolutely nothing against steroids use. To each their own.
Better advice than any psychologist could espouse. YOU ARE AWESOME 😊
