Unfortunately I was too young to go to your shows back then (which I was teased about ;)) but I finally found your music on Much and was so happy to see you on tv living your art.. Been a long time.

This song always takes my brain back to a joyous, reckless youth. nights at pubs filled with joy, heartache, the tireless passion of the imortal and ignorant. Every dizzying moment meant everything and nothing. I really thought I'd have more time but it makes a fool of every one of us. Hold tight to the wonderful unfounded optimism.

I was lucky enuff to see Hayden perform live in a small, local (legendary here) record store (Vertigo, thanks Herm), in Grand Rapids, MI. It was an incredible performance. I'm grateful. Rock on all.

hey dude, my fiance was the bar/hotel guy at The Captain's Quarters, I recognized the halls and rooms immediately. You're an awesome generous guy for those tickets and we really enjoyed the show. Thank you for the great story, and the amazing musical experience. Really loved the acoustics in the church venue, and you used it to its fullest when you played under the dome. Keep on going on, buddy. Give 'er.

Cool to hear their influence on Tree's Lounge. I loved this song as a kid and few years back I bartended for a little repress show they put on. I was on cloud nine to finally be able to see them. Awesome to hear you cover this.
