I worked in an IQ centre which also ran pyscometric testing for railway and aviation….. I can honestly say it correlates with intelligence (or lack of) Few people were late other than these people…. Many of which couldn’t read the appointment time/got the wrong train/ unable to find the building. About 90% had below average intelligence but accepted for the testing because their companies were desperate to get some into their predominantly white job roles. Many lack self awareness and an inability to concisely explain things because half the time they just go through the emotions without knowing why.
