Xiu Xiu live - "Suha" ("Girl with Basket of Fruit" tour, Poznan 03.14.2019)
I am very sorry for the atrocious quality of the entire thing, but i just decided to whip out my phone and get this song recorded cuz i absolutely love it, and i thought i might share this with fans.
This particular set was absolutely amazing, Jamie and co. played some fan-favorites like "Clowne Towne" and Valley OH!, they also played "Support Our Troops OH!" which is pretty rare, or at least i've heard cuz it was my very first Xiu Xiu show!
If you guys have a chance to catch these guys live on their current tour - GO FOR IT! I drove almost 400 kms just to see them and I do not regret a thing!
Also, sorry for my finger making an unwanted quest appearance at around 04:10, rookie mistake :D...

i saw them the following month of this tour in asheville (for some reason, jaime had a flesh-colored eyepatch over one eye).... this was my fav song of the set. knife play forever....
Such a haunting performance, thank you for sharing this.
God just the simple fact that JS said 'son' instead of 'self' cut to the core for me, mainly because the inspiration for the song being their mother, but jesus fuck this whole song hurts me.
This might be weird but the bad quality and the weird regular droning sounds coming from it add something to the song, I dunno. Makes it sound spookier or more uneasy I guess.
