That's pretty cool that you can check codes while its scanning. The only aftermarket scanner I've seen that on is Snap on.

So my ac on my 2000 s430 mercedes went out. I thought it was just a leak but when tested it was full. So then thought it was the compressor. Changed it and still didn't work. So took it to my mercedes mechanic and he said it was the ac switch component. I bought a used one on ebay. Like new and tested. My mechanic changed it and nothing changed. I still have no ac. My radiator cooling fan works nonstop and I can't get answers from anyone. Can you assist?
same problem here. car starts misfiring only when hot (20 min drive orso) and it happens after lifting the power(coasting out ). the voltage reading of the 02 sensor after twc left differs from the right side basically under load they both read upto 0.80 volts orso, then when lifting off the power ,the voltages of both sensors drop to 0.00, en then under load again the right o2 after twc climbs again to 0.80 voltages but the left sensor remains at 0.00 voltage,and misfiring festival is in full swing again
Look inside the catalytic converter with a borescore in the oxygen sensor holes, make sure cat is not plugged

@@brakeboss So my car runs on petrol and lpg. It runs more rough on lpg atm then petrol, after running it only on petrol the problem seems to be mostly gone, untill i switch from petrol to lpg again, then its runs poorly again and give a check engine light. So i guess when it runs on lpg it fouls up the spark plug and cat making it run poorly afterwards on petrol to. ill change all the sparkplugs bc the bosh sparkplugs i recently installed seem not to be cooperating with the lpg that well,

The gas cap might not have been leaking. You have to jump power and ground to the valve behind the wheel cover by the gas cap. You have to remove the wheel and wheel cover and add power and ground and then start your smoke test.

would plugging a smoke machine into the hose that goes into the purge valve be enough to detect all possible evap leaks?
Yes in most cases, however not in all cases
@@brakebossit's a 2011 corolla. Maybe if I come the valve vent with a code reader...I don't know.

I replaced Right rear wheel speed sensor and it took care of the issue
Did that actually fix the no start problem?
Customer did not approve the new abs module but it would have fixed the problem if he went for it.
Changed about four regulators two used and two new nothing changed
You may have a short in the wiring

Hello I had the crank position sensor code and cam but also have p0079 code replace everything except p0079 code would you think is that of issue with pcm module
It may or may not be, take it to a shop near you for proper diagnosis

We have same 2013 hyundai elantra with the same codes. We swapped the sensor and it still wont start. Just cranks

And easy trick to identify a wheel bearing noice is place one hand on the spring and spin wheel with the other hand and feel for vibration.

Outstanding. Clearly walks through each step. The only issue I had is my 2017 X5 has one anti-theft lug nut on each wheel that required a special adapter to remove. Once I found that adapter and was able to remove that nut, the rest of the process when smoothly.

I removed the wheel, removed the caliper and i put the wheel back on and then i spun the tire, and thats what you heard. I eleminated the caliper.

What do you use for invoicing and payment methods? Looking to laugh soon but not too sure what route to go.
I use Auto Repair Cloud for invoicing due to it being on the cheaper side, i use Identifix for Vehicle Information and labor times. For payment i use Zelle, venmo and i use square for card payments (i charge the customers 3% proccessing fee because square takes 2.6% +10c per transaction. I have been doing this Full time for a year and a half now, it definitely has its challanges, but its doable. I also have business and tools insurance now (i got it after about a year). I hope this information helps.

I’m not to sure who to go with business insurance and tool insurance. I tried adding it to my State Farm but the agent said they don’t cover mobile mechanics. I’m working with AllData for vehicle info. Just didn’t know what invoicing company/app to go with. Looking great bro, hope you hit $100k+ this year!

I have a 2011 Mercedes E350 4MATIC wagon; what do I have to do to convert from airbags to struts/springs?
You can just install regular springs however you will have the airmatic light on at all times

Do you have any video about stud torque? I assembled a bearing hub to brake disk in my kittle daewoo spark (four cikinders), which by the way takes four stud bolts cross pattern, I read that another spark model less heavy ( 3 cilinders)😮 takes 43 foot-pounds torque each. Before I knew that I used to tighten it to nearly 70foot-pound wich worked perfectly over time, but last week I changed bearings and assembled all back again and this time I set the torque to 60foot-pounds. Which it was conservative to me as I now kew the reccommended torque on the other model. I also changed bolts for the originals new ones, but I learnt that one bolt broke at nearly 60 foot-pounds which did not happenned with the other bolts the other bolts took 60 ftpounds smothly . To make the story short I set all the bolts to 55ftpounds but the question about what happens with the bolt still going round my mind. The bolt is 8mm the grade shound be 8.8 or 5sae i guess , it has a number seven in the head but i never fiund the equivalence . Sorry for the long comment, hope you comment on this.
