@ not bashing the reel it’s a nice reel I’d probably use it for chinook bobber fishing idk about trolling a line counter is more precise on the mount of line you put out when you see them of the screen and drop down to that depth … anyways good luck man hope you bonk some kings! I purchased their piscifun electric reel and battery last year for deep water ling and rockfish it’s been great 👍

Yes, I know that and never claimed that they were good or would last a long time. But they do work. I'm just having fun. I have many high quality reels, more than a man could need. Thanks for your input.

@@CoolViews907 2oz? That sounds like a surf rod. The big difference is that this is L/UL fishing, but it will be nice to be able cast it anywhere! Fish on!

@ it is a surf rod(1/2-2oz) the first third is just really bendy, also in my area they stock some pretty big trout, 2-8 lbs

Yeah, I'm not saying they are good. They have plastic bearings and once I upgrade the bearings they will cost a bit less than an average budget reel. I really just ordered them for fun to mess around and I'll give them away to local youth.

@@HitchByHitch I totally understand. I actually would prefer to fish with a new reel but for content sake, am trying to use some vintage gear. The only reason I started getting into them is because my wife's dad gave me his old reels. I've restored almost all of them and really connected to them because of family. It's fun though.
