Tetrahedron Provincial Park in the Sunshine Coast Canada.
Beginning of December 2019.
We didn't expect snow; but rain. It was a beautiful surprise!
We would have enjoyed snowshoes on some parts of the hike but overall, it was doable without, and some parts were better without, no doubt.

3 Passes Trek - part: Namche Bazaar to Cho La Pass

April 2017 We hiked from Jiri to Namche, then did the 3 Passes Trek (we missed the Kongma La as it was too dangerous at that moment without a guide), and finally back to Jiri. Driving down the Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, we crossed the way of a moose. He spent 20 minutes around our car, licking the salt on it. A magic moment!

Did this a couple years ago, was amazing. Spent around 4 days out there, had to do multiple trips on all the Portages. Tiring, but worth it and beautiful.
This place is priceless! Happy to hear you enjoyed it - tiring as you say - but so worth it. Would love to be back there. Good to watch this video from time to time - it brings us back directly!

Hi Mandy Lewis! Sorry for the late answer, didn't see your comment apparently! The tent spot you can see in this video was the last little piece of beach you can find before to cross (thing you do not do as it is forbidden) the border of the protected area. Before to arrive there, you will see a lot of those beaches where you can pitch you're tent ;) do not forget to think of the tide! :D
Great video, got a question. Was there ny bears up there? We saw e on the road up there last June.
Thank you Mark. We saw bear prints up there, yes. But hadn't spot one. We made some noises, didn't want to scare one :) and one cougar print as well.
