Great video Stephen, I recently discovered your channel and it’s been a real help considering I’m new to crypto. I’ve heard quite a lot about kyc and people saying that’s its bad etc, what’s your opinion on this? I also watched your video on UTXOs, I heard about a cold wallet called the tangem wallet which I believe allows you to buy bitcoin directly from the app on a phone. I would assume that buying it directly from the app instead of on an exchange and then transferring it to your cold wallet would reduce your UTXOs correct? Final thing I’m unsure of is if there is any more steps to take on your phone as in security like installing a VPN, what steps would you take to ensure your mobile device is free from malware and to keep it that way? Hello, thank you for the compliment. I don't think you'll be able to avoid the paperwork for selling real estate. The reason is because title to the property will need to be transferred.
We need to encourage node runners to strive to run more robust nodes with redundancy for your power, and RAID for your drives. As BTC popularity grows it will be imperative that the nodes stay up and running and have the resources to handle the load. Running a node on a Pi is a good starting point to learn how to setup a node but set yourself a goal of setting up a more reliable stronger node eventually.

Hello, you cannot send bitcoin to your bank account. In order to transfer your funds to a bank account, you will need to convert the bitcoin into fiat, then send the fiat to your bank account.

I agree with you 100% but the advantage of owning RE investment over BTC is that you can leverage by putting down 20% and renting out to cover the mortgage and maybe cash flow. After few years, cash out the equity if the value increases and repeat the process w other RE property investment.
That is very true. This is definitely one of the advantages that RE has. However, I think there are risks to doing that as well; like running into a bad tenant, which could cause the property to incur more costs than it brings in. Also, from where I live (Vancouver, BC), it’s essentially impossible to cashflow on an invest property unless a huge chunk of deposit is paid. This means there is a higher barrier of entry. I think for investors who have access to ample capital, real estate is a viable option. It’s also why people still choose to save money in prime real estate. However, for young people who are just starting out, bitcoin is a much better option for accumulating and saving wealth.

What is the impact on your bandwidth? Is it always running and using bandwidth 24/7?
It is using bandwidth 24/7. However since the blocks are roughly 2mb, daily bandwidth use is minimal. Probably around 1GB per day from download and uploading. The only time it’ll use a lot of bandwidth is the initial sync, because the whole ledger is at almost 1TB now.

There’s no specific notice that tells you plausible deniability is enabled. However in the menu, you’ll be able to see the Plausible Deniability settings, which means the function is enabled.

Hi there. Thank you for the kind compliments! You can use the Sparrow Wallet with your Trezor on a desktop computer. Once you import your wallet information into Sparrow, there is a tab within the app that will list out all the UTXOs that you have.
how is this video more than 9 minutes long? "The more transactions you do, the more fees you will pay" says the same thing you just yapped about.
It’s all about UTXO management. Fees for sending $20 worth of bitcoin will vary depending on how many UTXOs are sent. A $20 transaction with two UTXOs will cost twice as much in fees as a $20 transaction with one UTXO. So it’s essential that we manage the size of our UTXOs properly. That’s the point I was trying to make with the video.

Dust and Lost Coins is a huge problem - how's it an asset if it simply destroys itself? That's no 21 million coins.
for small txs, just use lightning network, which is designed for the said utxo problem
Dust doesn’t really destroy itself, it just costs more to spend it than it’s actually worth. Maybe we can consolidate dust UTXOs when fees are super low, like 1sat/vb.
Lightning definitely solves the small transaction problem.
