The main purpose of the thumb loop is to be used as a Anchor point when tightening the wrist wrap. And is best removed from thumb once wrist wrap is tightened
but you dont have to remove it it has no impact on pushing and if you want to argue about it you can go ahead and dont even bother commenting

I first saw a 1 min vid explaining how to use the straps by max.. then was recommended this vid, initially thought "why would this take 7 mins?" but then you went into much more depth with some additional tips, great vid really thorough!

You mean to tell me I bought wrist straps that don't do what wrist straps are supposed to do??
This man obviously just uses them to palm himself because if he was lifting something more than an Oz he would know that wrapping them like that have no effect what so ever

This is the completely wrong way 😂 that offers no support what do ever! You’re suppose to start wrapping just under the thumb and then work it around the hand and up the wrist.

This looks exactly like another brand(the packaging and all) which is iron bull, it just looks like they put a different logo and name on.
This is an incorrect method of using wrist wraps.

No brother....in bodybuilding we oftenly keep opening and wrapping it again because it resists the blood circulation.....so I won't advise anyone to use it for longer periods of time
I like mine covering the bottom of the palm as well and snug enough I have to take em off during rest periods
