Do you know what "benefits" fucking means stupid bitch? Clearly you don't, instead you went on a dumb ass rant about how it sucks ass to be an SES because of often involuntary reassignments.

The best idea that I have come across is use the builder (spend the time and iron it out) save it so you have it for jobs that don't allow an upload then make a pdf version of the builder copy and make some formate changes ...clean it up.add and remove things etc and uploaded that PDF copy too (it will have all the needed hr info) . I know some selecting officials (none hr mangers) don't like the builder formate ...not fair but true. ....once you have theses 2 resumes up, you still have room for 3 more resumes :)
