As a Swedish person I don't know why I'm currently in a youtube hole watching people trying Swedish food. But with that said, the fact that you put in the effort to actually make the dishes is amazing, and it's also awesome that you make things that Swedish people actually eat. The whole "Getting disgusted by fermented herring"-thing is so ovedone.

Swedish Stroganoff is quite simple food to make, you need 4 ingredients + salt and pepper, Heavy Cream, Crushed Tomatos/Tomato sauce/paste (dealers choice), Onions and Falukorv/Lantkorv. You fry the sausage and the onions until the onion get some color then you add the tomato sauce until the sausage gets a little color and lastly you add the cream and taste it off with salt and pepper, this is also where you can add other spices and taste enhancers at your own discretion, garlic, oregano, soysauce, ketchup, mustard and mushrooms are but a few things people like to add.

I have called Redcliffe home for the past 7 years or so. Beatiful in my opinion. N̈ot too cold in winter. Yes we get some rain in summer, but mainly afternoon storm and its over. Just a little too hot in summer. But otherwise I love it.

Not a kebab pizza, where ever you got that abomination from don't visit it again, pizza salad can be eaten on the side, slapped on top, or skipped completely (dealers choice), a quick goggle search on "Swedish Kebabpizza" should give you an idea of what it SHOULD look like (quick note, if it has fries on it then it's not a "real" kebabpizza but a variant of one)

The sallad (at least for me) is what you eat when waiting for you pizza :-) (your sallad was not the traditional "swedish" pizza sallad though!) and kebabpizza is just awesome! not everywhere, not all the time... But when you find that good combo with good overall pizza, good kebab and really good sauce (there are soo many different) it's just awesome!

You bought a few things with the label "Basic" printed on the package and that´s just what they are, basic. They are the cheep version, there are better versions available in the same store.
