I got rejected on the very last interview,i could tell i was bored of waiting for hours inside and i was random and chill about my intereiew,they also didnt ask me much ,didnt try to see whats up with me,they just seemed bored and i felt bad for talking,and i checked online application i saw my interview took 4 minutes.yes 4 minutes... after 4 minutes they just said they dont have any questions and told me its enough ,i feel like this way they will just lose good quality workers and just get pschos just ready for a cold blooded show,cold yet imressive speach 😅or just the people with references,we all know what references are.
