I'm Estefani and I am Deaf. My husband's name is Oscar, and he is also Deaf and has cochlear implants. We have a Deaf daughter, Everlyn, and Hard of Hearing son, Jabez. Where I live, the cinemas have multiple showings with captions every day. When you book your tickets, you can choose a session with captions. They also offer audio descriptions and special sessions for people with sensory issues.

That is so cool that they have interpreters on deck, of course they would but never thought about it before. I have been learning to sign because my mom has degenerative hearing loss.

Despite the fact that I am not deaf, I still use subtitles <3 Usually because my (mind?) can’t always keep track of what they’re saying😅 And then idk what they’re saying anymore sometimes-
