Very good, simple and straightforward video from a professional colorist. Everything else on the internet is either a kid in his bedroom or a professional colorist making things far too complicated. I am new to Dehancer and this video is helpful in demystifying the process.

I thought you were to push the winder button and button between focusing and winder to reset counter. The button between winder and focusing is slided while pushing the other button. Took me a while to figure that out, after figuring it out, the video clearly slides it the tiny bit it moves.

thanks for this tutorial amigo. one thought i had was that if you hid the timeline panel along with the Page Navigation we'd get more screen real estate to see the finer details of the adjustments in the actual footage shot, also to have more vertical room for the dehancer settings on the far right. just a thought. :)

doesn't seem to work the same, when I adjust the frames the rest of the tracking gets messed up.

You didnt mention the PCI express decklink serie, is there a reason? Are they as good as the external devices such as the ultrastudio?

Yer so right about hair makeup wardrobe, set deck, production design are a huge part of making the world of your project pro or shmo. Color palette for sets n costumes are the bones of a great finished look.

I had never heard of dehancer but wondering how you’d compare it to the new film look generator in resolve 19.? It seems like a fair bit of overlap.

Hello Fred! I need to ask you a question, what monitor do you use as a reference monitor? I know it's a flanders, but I wanted to know if it's comfortable for you to wear a size between 22 and 24 inches. I want to have something that can be used for broadcast in the USA, because I have a client that makes TV programs in the United States. I currently have an Eizo CG. Any thoughts from you on this will help me. Thank you!

Dude, just a note, fuji does indeed reduce resolution on the younger ones, like fuji xh2s, to 480p intead of 1080p. To output full resolution you need to disable info. And yeah, it sucks

I mean, I have no choice but to work for free right now. Almost impossible to be hired without experience. And sometimes that means taking unpaid internships and doing unpaid work for some stranger online. If you're starting out in the industry. Good luck trying to find paying work without something to show for it.
