As an Ovarian cancer patient, I discuss how many appointments per year I have, and the types, for surveillance of cancer and what it is like to juggle them with a full time job. The privilege I have is, this is just me as I have no children to care for.

Oh, it's been two weeks since you posted this. I so hope you are actually eating by now. Please, if you haven't already... please join the three major appliance companies. Coloplast, Convatec, and Hollister. Ask, they will gladly send you free samples. They them all!! I've only had mine since February, but I will help in any way I can. Btw. You look great for being out just 2 weeks. Be safe and get well

Congratulations on your 10 year anniversary. Glad you enjoyed the Keys so much. It is a really beautiful place. The glowing creature could have been jellyfish. They can be bioluminescent. Learned that from Bill Nye the science guy and saw them in the Gulf years ago😂

I hate that this happened to you, MJ, that your concerns were ignored for so long. Thank God for your knowledge and experience to know to continue saying "this isn't right." So glad to hear you're meeting with such a capable surgeon soon. Such an important reminder for all of us to advocate for ourselves when something feels wrong in our bodies. Love to you, friend.

Yes, the MRI impression hit me hard. Like a punch in the gut. When I read it I swear I couldn’t breathe for a bit. I was so angry then I could not stop crying for a couple days. The tears just kept coming as I remembered everything I went through and now I knew exactly why and how they dismissed me. I’m shaking my head as I type this…. It still hurts me a bit mentally but I’m happy to have the result and a highly skilled professional to go to next.

I am sorry you have to go through this. I am sorry the people we rely on to help us when we aren't healthy aren't giving you the attention you deserve😞 I really hope this will get better for you soon. I am going to check out that Urban Decay and Honest primer stuff. I live by The Ordinary caffeine solution for under eye swelling. It is a game changer and only like $8 or $9. Withing 5 minutes, my undereyes look so much better

Hiii. I made the microphone comment. I can hear you on my phone, but for some reason, when I watch from my TV, I still have to raise the volume max, but no worries. I can watch it on my phone. Thank you for doing what you did.😊❤

Thank you for letting me know. I’m doing these on my phone lately so there is no microphone. That’s likely the issue. I’ll get reacquainted with my video camera with a microphone and see if that helps. Thank you for watching with such low volume! ❤️❤️

If we don’t admit it, even if it’s just privately to ourselves, we are abandoning ourselves and losing an opportunity to heal. We will get there, I know it! Everything changes all the time. It is so hard not feeling the way you think you should feel or being disciplined, but all that is deep down in you already. You have been through a lot, and I know you will dig that back up again, and it'll be better than before. If anyone can do it, it is you. It's already there. Give yourself grace. ❤
Thanks, I’m getting there. Rebuilding is much harder than maintaining. Especially when you have no clue what the heck is going on. I’ll never quit. Some days are just harder than others and I feel like I have more bad days than good ones (mentally). Thank you for the continued support. I hope you are well ❤.
