For some reason on my 22 sgs I cannot clear the codes, I see them I clear them it says clear but they are still there, I gotta look them up and see if it's anything important, I do have low tire pressure so maybe that's it

Mine (21 StreetBob) say ECM and won’t clear. It says clear when you do that, but it doesnt clear it.

So I hate to use the word tackle...... cuz it shouldn't be that difficult but I'm getting ready to tackle this myself........ all the other videos show put the bracket together with Loctite and then good luck seems to me that would be better to put the whole thing together a little bit loose make sure it all fits and then tighten it down..... we'll see how things go...... this should not be this difficult......

Looking at the same bars for my 24 RG. I’m 5’10” and had 14” bars on my 2020 and loved that height. The guy at KST says I should do 12” due to the new model riser being taller. Your thoughts?

You are a pu#$&@. Here in Oklahoma ride just about everyday . Year round I even took the wife to work in 7 degree snow n ice . Just let some air out of tire more like a inter tube. I'm having problems after getting my flu by wire fixed . But I found 5 wires on my right side switches soldered the broken ones. Bike would start but no horn n so on..got it all working by resetting the ECM. On off 6 times . Everything worked battery goes Out did reset got it working again Rode to pay cell bill n back home check codes. Had to refix the right side handle switches now no radio power no Speedo n tach.fuses good. And I worked at HD 9 years. So at least I can still go in and look at the technician service manuals. About ready to just torch the 2017roadglide and go back to a rigid wish bone gooseneck chopper shovel kick only .bike was done a year. Because of those fly by wires. At least with the cable style I had a customer with a broken. Throttle cable out in the desert of Arizona. And we're able to take a needlenose pair of vhise grips. And zip ties. Rode all the way bad to Oklahoma. I'm already thinking rip the fuel infection off and carburetor. It and not have to buy a $400 tuner. When cam n cam plate scavenging.

Do you have any recommendations on how to lock these specific saddle bags.I baught my 2020 road glide with these type of bags.And it doesn't have any type of lock mechanism.

i am 5/8 had 12 inch la chopper hammerhead bars on and was reaching. slow turing was great but should have gone 14. i am looking at these and debating on the 14's. i ride long trips to but also like to hit the twistiees hard. compared to stock bars are these better for tight turns? Also use a road sofa so sets me up like the step up does.

How do you get it off to replace the plastic bushings that got damaged as the inner part just turns closest to frame and won’t loosen

What if you forget your code and clear it

The flex is in the riser bushings my factory 47s do the same While the bars are off you need to add good n tite poly riser bushings and quite sure they need longer riser bolts as well, which are easy to get a hold of

My factory 47s were a nightmare with the clutch cable it is not long enough and doesnt bend for shit Had to get the fbi clutch extension and had to dremel out the plastic underneath the speedo to fit the clutch cable inbetween the plastic and bars so it wasnt pinched.. only then it fit As for the shape i cable tied it to the bottom of the bars and kinda took shape over time Im hoping when i order 14” motowich bars for my next bike i dont need the extension as its narrower in width and diameter so hopefully that helps with the dremel situation as well.. if i didnt do that the speedo nacelle would not press down all the way and hit the bars, also kepped popping off the ignition trim Alot of swearing and trimming/cutting plastic to get 1.5”thick bars to fit Also had to leave the cable out of the frame clip as it kept popping out anyway, just cable tied it to the fairing and frame tucked in otherwise on full lock the forks will hit it and press it into the factory cable holder.. absolutely dredding having to do this job all over again hahah
