Well I am in pain seing you bought that ram first its only 5600mhz you could have gotten like 6000mhz for a way better price.

You can touch the bottom of a LGA cpu there are no pins on the cpu itself. I wouldn’t recommend it but it would not harm the CPU to do a couple times. All the pins are in the CPU socket on the MOBO

I bought the Corsair Premium Build Kit back in August, which I got on sale for $3,299.99. $3,572.24 with tax. I also purchased a Thermalright bracket for my CPU and 3 additional RGB fans to install on the side of the 5000D Airflow case. Changed out the original Nividia RTX 4090 power adapter for a Corsair 600-watt 16-pin power cable and added a Corsair GPU anti-sag bracket.

I recommend going into bios and looking up a video on how to turn on resizeable bar also turn off e-cores as dumb as it sounds e-cores can take up performance. For instance; e-cores are used for background task,while P-CORES are used for performance and can help with gaming. MAKE SURE TO LOOK UP VIDEOS ON THESE TOPICS BECAUSE YOU ARE NEW AND IM BEING VAGUE WITH DESCRIPTIONS

You did really well, first time when i built my pc i fucked up with the case power cables i got hella scared but i just rechecked and found the issue now ive built 10+ pcs (i built pcs for family members and friends) soon imma build a new gaming pc and im hella excited because my first pc was a entry gaming pc now imma go fully decked out with my second pc XD

I'm pretty sure for am5 cpus it doesn't matter about touching pins on the cpus because the pins are actually on the motherboards now

you should've slightly chosen a lower model of cpu and add a liquide cooler for aesthetic and i guess performance

Why would it be a mistake to go for the 4070 ? Im pplanning to get a new pc and i saw a lot of wideo about the pros and cons of this GPU, and the end they all said its a pretty good one.

It goes into slots 2 and 4 for 2 reasons. The first is because it is a dual channel system. channel 1 is slots 1 & 2, while channel 2 is slots 3 & 4. So as long as you put 1 in each channel you should be good. The reason you use slots 2 & 4 instead of slots 1 & 3 is because the traces (copper that connects stuff together, in this case the RAM and CPU) for each channel pass thru slots 1, then 2, and for the second channel slots 3 then 4. You want the end of each trace to have a RAM stick, otherwise the ends of each trace will terminate to nothing, thus making them susceptible to picking up interference as it acts like an antenna. This can theoretically prevent you from running your RAM at higher speeds, although its unlikely. Still, its best not to risk making your system slightly more unstable.

Gave you a sub beacuse you build it, but the CPU heatsink is build awfuk and you applied to much termal paste, make sure to repair it and apply the ssd heatsink, so the ssd wont overheat

That air cooler is absolutely beefy, physically. When you're gonna add more ram sticks I'd imagine you'd need to find a way or replace it with an AIO cooler/Smaller Factor Form Air cooler.

im sorry but 4070 is not a gaming gpu. Only 4090 is.
