I know it takes me some time to post videos but last weeks where kinda crazy so here we are. I am not leaving the channel and do not plan on it.
In the nexy weeks I actually plan to get more frequent so tune in.
To be specific: I do not plan on doing like cheat days anymore but definitely plan on eating sometimes what I crave.

hahaha thanks I am just starting so for me having 50 subs is crazy (in positive sense) but of course I would love to grow my subs haha, maybe in a near future haha.
I just found your channel a few days ago and I'm really enjoying your videos! 😊 It's so hard to just stop eating junk food when you're used to it 🫠 I've lost nearly 90 pounds as of now, and one thing that helped me so much is that I stopped saying I "cant" have that food. I would allow myself to get a treat. But I started only getting it outside the house and splitting it with my husband. I stopped buying treats to have in the house because my willpower was so weak at the time! But when we went for a walk at night, or went to a café on the weekend, it was okay that I had something! Maybe this mindset could help you as well! However, losing weight AND moving across the world to start a new job is a lot! Don't stress too much if you're having a hard time. I find the more you worry about something, the more you do it.. which sucks lol Also, Happy belated birthday! 🎉 I hope you enjoyed your day and have an amazing year ahead! 😊✨️
Omg that comment made my day ! It is so sweet of you to wish me happy birthday <3 I completely agree with your point of view. Over many years of fighting with restrictive diets I realize that the more you say" I can't have that" the more obssesed you become. I am not saying this in my videos but I used to be a massive binge eater and had very complicated relation with food but I can see the change in my mind a lot. Even when I was "flopping" at my diet I was not angry at myself as I used to be before. My goal is to eat healthy and nutrition my body and mind and if possible lose weight or at least size down with clothes but most importantely BE HEALTHY. Once again thank you for this comment. Internet is amazing place when you can connect to like minded people <3

And it sounds like amazing progress that you weren't angry with yourself!! It's so difficult to change your own perspective on things and stop allowing all the hate in your head!! Hello! First of all congratulations on taking the steps into a healthier life, it takes a lot of courage to do so, feel proud! As I am doing the same, I wanted to share some of my knowledge about it. Exercise does not necessarily add the exercise calories straight into your BMR, studies show that your body burns less from other sources to compensate for the energy burned during exercise, keeping a similar BMR. Many professionals in the nutrition and health field agree that exercise therefore does not make you lose weight, as per the previous point. However, it helps with loose skin and has many other benefits like cardiovascular health. I said this because people think they can eat more as they have exercised, and it is not as straightforward. "The amount of weight loss predicted based on calculated energy expenditure often does not reflect the actual weight lost during research trials" and "The evidence that exercise contributes significantly to weight loss and weight maintenance is not firmly established." www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5556592/ "The authors find common ground in their appraisal of whether the amount of energy expenditure caused by increased physical activity translates directly to weight loss in a linear fashion; it doesn’t, as if it did people should lose more weight than they do in trials in which physical activity is increased under close supervision" www.nature.com/articles/s41366-022-01247-4 gsas.harvard.edu/news/colloquy-podcast-why-exercising-more-may-not-help-you-lose-weight pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17904936/ In my life, I have lost 10kg+ in a month twice, and during these periods I was not counting any calories or restricting my eating. I was eating better and being more active overall, which reduced hunger. I have tried calorie restriction many times since, and it never worked as I put the weight back on. Here is my current regime, born from a great deal of reading/research from medical sources and my own experience: Intermittent fasting: 16 hours most days, although occasionally cannot do more than 12. -No refined carbs: white pasta, white bread, etc, as it has been devoid of fibre and protein. There are loads of good carbs like veg, fruit and legumes. -More fibre and protein: they help with sugar spikes and satiation. -No snacks. -No added sugars: a lot of processed food has LOADS, and it stops your body from burning fat! -Drink more water. By just following this and with no added exercise other than walking places, I have lost between 2kg and 1 kg per week. I do not count calories and I do not feel hungry. I need to step up with exercise though. My BP has also lowered, and I believe my health markers will all be lower too. I feel more energetic and my mood has improved too. Each body is different, but I have read enough about CICO (Calories in Calories Out) and experienced it first-hand to see it is not sustainable and might do more harm than good if calories taken aren't nutrient dense. @@Iced_Citrus hey again. I basically started like you. I ate 1.600 - 1.800 calories a day (but not less! and also not more!) ... and with that I already lost like 8 kilos. And I tried to walk 6.000 steps minimum a day, and try to reach 10.000 every day. And with only that I lost a lot of weight. No heavy exercise or something and no starving... But I kept it real and was honest with my calories and steps and just stick to it.. you can do it too! :) I came from 84 kilos to 65 now!
