@@Iced_Citrus hey again. I basically started like you. I ate 1.600 - 1.800 calories a day (but not less! and also not more!) ... and with that I already lost like 8 kilos. And I tried to walk 6.000 steps minimum a day, and try to reach 10.000 every day. And with only that I lost a lot of weight. No heavy exercise or something and no starving... But I kept it real and was honest with my calories and steps and just stick to it.. you can do it too! :) I came from 84 kilos to 65 now!
