I love the shows and songs from the eadly 2000 but the main thing I hate about it is the body image and the fashion, I mean I didn't see any cute clothing for a plus size person and couldn't remember it now I need someone to show me some cute wardrobes for plus pize in the early 2000
Robert Carter was a good day kyle? Edit on my phone while now shut up Holly to bed Dr Ryan and his family to be a good night😴 in his brother Adam would do that David Draper
i literally dont know the difference between fat and thick, i like my humans skinny slim with curves, dont care for big assets just be skinny and u look good
I liked that they addressed eating disorders. However, they still messed up at the end. Both of them ended up being validated by the guys that they were with. We need to become more secure in ourselves to ourselves, not based on what someone else says or thinks.
This is good lip service but rather hypocritical once you hear what the actresses had to go through. It's nice and all to have one episode about accepting your body, but ends up having little effect within the larger pool of hundreds of episodes presenting only skinny young women to girls.
As a guy, I still go through body dysmorphia. Before I used to handle my situations with not eating and unhealthy fasting where I would not eat every 3 days. It cause me health issues. But now, I deal with it in healthier ways now than before by eating smaller portions throughout the day, intermittent fasting, watching sugar intake, eating healthier, and exercising.
why are kids even being shown this in the first place? I mean was the girl stuffing her bra with toilet paper really necessary or are they just having fun with it?
That was a really nice clip! Took me back. I remember this episode. It meant a lot at the time when I was crisscross applesauce on the floor like 3 feet away from the tv 😂 Turns out it still does. I’m still mad at Disney though! 😝
It still shows that the word skinny was repeatedly said and the word fat was replaced by curvy or not skinny. It's good that they did this, but there's a big problem in how people think it's okay to call someone skinny when fat is exclusively used as a derogatory term
I remember this. That’s when I realized it wasn’t normal to feel that way. I started feeling like London did when I was like 4 because all the girls in my preschool class were naturally super thin and I wasn’t. They excluded me because of it (their moms were mean girls so they knew how to bully from a young age…yay for me). I remember going to my friend’s sleepover party and feeling so much bigger than everyone. It wasn’t until I saw a picture from the party years later that I realized I was probably only like 15 pounds heavier than the rest of the girls. I just felt huge. So much so that I ended up gaining a lot of weight because I already felt like I was a giant. Bullying got worse and I still struggle with my weight at 24
You seriously think kids nowadays are just talking about gender and don’t have their own shows now? People like you worry so much about other people worrying. 😂
@@annaroselepley5546 Again, do you legitimately think kids nowadays are surrounded by gender? I can assure you there’s nothing to worry about, children aren’t being preached to about such a thing. They’re living their lives in peace until they become adults, just like we did. They don’t worry about this type of stuff, you’re the one worrying for them. ;)
Its nice that they showed both sides of an eating disorder, but they went wrong at the end when they were finally convinced they were good enough because a couple of guys told them so 🤮
me when i am trying to lose weight 1:57
Disney would never do this today
4:49 "He always is." 😎
Ironically chef palo went through the same thing👩🍳
This was mild compared to the other stuff on Disney Channel
Ah, the early 2000's a time when television was semi decent and everyone didn't (always) make a huge deal outta nothing
Loved the part when Maddie and London exposed Francesca stuffing her bra. Sweet justice!😎
I have body image issues I know how both girls feel
Damn the ideal body back then was definitely way worse😭😭
Carey oh I'll give you a frapp 🤣🤣🤣
⌛️
moseby really said "no disorders in MY lobby"
“Oh, I’ll give you a frap…” One of the reasons Carrie was one of the best Disney Channel parents ever. 😂
3:55.

So sad they needed a man’s validation to make them realize how beautiful they were 😢 the early 2000s were super toxic 4:16 4:33

I didn’t watch this show, but this era was really good to me..

Okay but why did they need the approval of two boys their age to drop the negative thinking

i too hear a laugh track when i look in the mirror and it’s dysmorphia time
Mr. Moseby was such a great character (:
Mr Mosby was so wholesome 🥺 he could be a ass at times but he cared when it mattered

London had a dumpy
and then they found a nice man to cure them in less than 24 hours 😍
I miss mr mosbey 🥺😭😭😭
The good old days ❤️☺️
They probably all wear the same size 🤣
...yet they only accept themselves once they got approval from some dudes??
If yall remember the twins from this show, Francesca is their sister
Funny how saying your butt is huge in todays world would be a compliment
eating disorders and body dysmorphia are sooo funny ammirite...
this also shows how the standard for women’s bodies types go through trends. the “butt being too big” thing wouldn’t work today
Exactly 😂any girl would love to hear their butt is big in today’s society
I love big butts because I have one myself only it's medium sized. 😮❤

Body dysmorphia and eating disorders....love this show
How didn't I find those exaggerated faces annoying when I was a kid?
I’m glad I grew up with this and didn’t get brain washed w transgenderism and force fed lgbtq+#%abcdefh whatever bs.

@@yuluvii They are being indoctrinated w gender

Looking back on it, Mr. Moseby really held these kids together
Remember when Disney made good shows like these? Yeah me too
