My goodness. Under our constitution, the courts most assuredly *can not* create laws, people!! I'm SO sick of ignorant talk about "caselaw," which does not exist! If you're feeling complused by your programming to lash out & disagree, first off I'd ask you to actually read your constitution before making a f%$# of yourself, as well as ask you to show me where, exactly, in the law books these laws are written down? But you don't even need to do that. Just turn on your brain for one second, & consider the fact that case precedents can be found to support either side of virtually any case, & that's not something even the most deluded lawyers, judges, legal scholars, or anyone else will deny. So, that being true, if SCOTUS holdings or lower court rulings all somehow magically become laws, then that necessarily means there are directly opposite & conflicting laws regarding virtually every imaginable legal matter that exists in this country? Hopefully folks logic circuits aren't so irreversibly fried that they cannot understand what an unintellignle mess, & impossibility that situatiion puts us in? 1st guy- "Well, the law created by this holding & these other two rulings over here say I can do X, so I need to be released." 2nd guy- "Sorry sir, but I figured out that the holdings over in these two cases over here say you can't, so apparently you're going up the river." Preposterous! I sure hope this isn't going to continue this way, but so far between that statement, & a number of others I've heard, it ain't looking to promising?

the solution to this is equality for men in dating/relationships. the average woman can go on a dating app and easily find acceptance by many men when it comes to both sex and relationships. the average man will likely get no matches and feel invisible. incels are resentful for the same reason anyone would be resentful over gender inequality. we just want what women have. we don't think it's OK that our sexual/romantic/reproductive autonomy is so much less than our female counterpart just because of our genital parts. the average woman swipes right on <5% of men while the average man swipes right on 60% of women. this is blatantly going to lead to gender inequality and male loneliness/sexlessness. it's all well and good making interventions to help men, but to solve gender issues, the solution has to come from both sides; we can't just focus on the shortcomings of men. as a society we need to have a conversation with women about the unrealistic standards they set on men in dating. if men were only going for the top 5% of women, they wouldn't like it either.

I am afraid that the reason for the radicalization escapes the debaters. What they describe are not causes, they are symtoms. The underlying problem is the disconnection of social elites from the rest of society. The problems faced by the "ordinary eu citizen" are quite different. At the same time, EU policies often lead to "costs" shouldered by the lower and middle classes. So while people at conferences, in Brussels or in a French café are fretting that climate change is such a pressing problem that it is a shame that we are not doing more, the rest of society is dealing with expensive cars, a failing car industry, expensive energy, rising crime or unaffordable housing. Fundamentally, however, society needs to be given the opportunity to identify with the direction of the state/EU. If we allow a significant proportion of the population to live with a sense of alienation, they can easily be radicalised. // However, to confess - it escapes me what makes classical anti-Semitism "interesting".
