Thanks for the explanation. I am having trouble getting the app to pair with the TV streamer. I am not new to this technology. I got new HA and had to get everything set up again. No problem except for getting the app and TV streamer to marry. Any ideas?

Hello! Without knowing the exact make and model of the hearing aids, we are unable to give precise directions. TV is an accessory and in order to have the TV option you have to have the device. Also, other programs or options have to be programmed to the device by your audiologist. Programs are typically added as needed in follow-up visits with your audiologist. I would encourage a programming follow-up appointment with your audiologist to discuss further needs to assist you in your daily life. Thank you!

7 years for me. thankfully i can breathe totally fine. but the suffering is out of this world. Ever had Tinea? what about swollen tinea that sheds skin that tries to hold on for dear life causing pain as it tears out and down? then put that all in your skull and feel that get really bad about one or twice a day, and just really annoyingly bad for the other 24hrs. ohhh, thats not the worst of it. it also can block up which causes infections, fever, serious chills, sweats, pressure aches weakness.
My ENT Specialist checked my sinus cavities about a month ago using a Nasal Endoscopy. At that visit, my ENT Specialist told me that there was no sign of Sinus Disease but that my nasal passages were inflamed. She had me use both Fluticasone & Azelastine Nasal Spray twice a day. Well about two weeks ago, I went & used my Nasal Spray & my nose started bleeding. So I stopped. Well, I went & had a CT Sinus done & now I have Sinus Disease. My question is, is it possible that using both steroidal nasal sprays cause the Sinus Disease or made my inflammation way worse?

Plz help me my both hearing aid are connected to app but if i listen music or watch youtube voice came only in one ear how can i set this so that if i listen music voice came to both ear i have restarted the hearing aid and do all this type of things but nothing happend
Typically, this is adjusted in the Settings/Accessibility/Hearing Devices section of your phone, and ensuring that Audio Streaming is set to stream audio to both hearing devices.
is there anyway I can adjust the default settings? I need the volume increased so that when I turn the aids on in the morning, they are at the same settings when I turned them off in the evening.
You cannot change the default settings. Those settings are set for your hearing loss, by your Audiologist and hearing healthcare provider. If you feel like you need to consistently turn the volume up or down, then it is likely time for you to get your hearing rechecked and ensure that the programming settings are set for your most recent hearing evaluation.
I'm stuck in Demo mode. How do I get out. when I click Application Demo button it takes me to select aid type. I exit that and I get choice to exit demo mode. I pick yes but Demo is still on?
You have to pair in the settings of your iPhone (Like at the beginning of the video).
How do I restart my hearing aid when it is lost? Kind of a catch 22.
If your connection (Bluetooth) is lost, then you likely need to turn the hearing aid off by putting it in the charger, or opening/closing the battery door and ensuring that the Bluetooth on your phone is on. As long as hearing aid and phone are within range, and bluetooth is on, then they should "pair" together.

We are not sure how to change video quality. You can close out of the app, and your settings will stay the same, until they are turned off and then it will "reset" to your prescriptive settings. Without the app, sometimes users have button functionality that will allow you to change between settings, but are not set up for that. I would speak with your Audiologist to see what settings you have.

They will stay in that setting until you either change it by phone, the buttons on the back of the hearing aid (if your model as these), or until you turn the hearing aid off and back on. Hope this is helpful!

After a few minutes of streaming my left one tends to drain the battery percentage on the app... What to do to stop that issue?
That is an issue that is likely occurring within the hearing aid; contact your Audiologist. It is possible that the hearing aid might need to go in for repair to the company Oticon, for excessive battery drain.

hello, I have been suffering from sinusitis for 7 years and I had surgery for 6 months, there is no change, how are you now?
Is there a way to turn off the Bluetooth on the hearing aid only? I have a baby using the hearing aids and every time I get a phone call or want to listen to music it connects to ponto. But I also have an iwatch that’s connected to my phone via Bluetooth so I can’t turn off Bluetooth completely
You can go into Settings, Accessibility, and Hearing Devices, and under your listed hearing aids, you can turn Audio Routing off, then anything that you would want to listen to, it will NOT go to hearing aids, but you still should be able to utilize the functions of the app. You can also turn audio routing off for phone calls so it does not automatically route to the hearing aids.
@@entcenteroftheozarks8361 This finally helped me! I now can turn off the doorbell from Google Nest and iPhone texts going into my aids. Thank you!. Aids went out for annual cleaning/adjusting and came back with new settings. Very annoying.

You will have to have your Audiologist add in these programs for these options to be available to you. The TV program is only accessible if you have the TV device that connects to your TV, in order to allow for direct streaming from your TV to your hearing aids.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A11. I can download the app from the Google app store and pair the hearing aids perfectly and control the sound volume. However, I can't answer phone calls or send phone calls through the More hearing aids. I was told that through the new hearing aids, I would not have to use a Connect Clip. Why would I be having this issue?
With the exact model of your phone, direct streaming of audio (i.e. phoncalls, podcasts, audiobooks, music, etc.) is not possible. Although you can use the APP as the "remote control" for the hearing aids, streaming is not a feature with your model of phone. i have android s10+ and I have only P1 - not tv, microphone etc completley I can't understand why demo shows all -when I connect ruby 1 is only P1 -no music and speak by phone

Typically if it is paired, then you should be able to listen to music accordingly.

To pause the video, hit the bottom left button on the youtube screen, that looks like two bars. If you want your partner to hear what you hear, you will need to get out of the app, and hit the "Audio" button on your call screen, and then hit speaker. This is only visible when you are on a call/facetime.
Well done! I have a problem with tv streaming when you switch from tv to p1, it defaults to 16 level volume, which is annoying. How can I change the default volume level?
Unfortunately, you cannot set your default volume level. That is something that is automatic within the APP settings.
ENT Center of the Ozarks I have discovered a workaround. If you depress the on/off button on either hearing aid, it overrides the app and the volume.
