They opened with this when I saw them on what was probably their final tour in 2012 or 2013. Decked out in florescent facepaint, they set a super-high bar that the rest of that show absolutely nailed. I'd seen them back in 1993, too, but they were far better on that last tour.

Very few artists could do a cover and put their own stamp on it like Ms. Napolitano. Everybody Knows is actually better than the original, IMO. I like how she just went straight into the chorus in a melodic fashion as opposed to the drum crashes in the original.

Such a great version of this song, full of surprises! Love it!

Would love to actually expose the handlers of Concrete Blonde, Johnette Napolitano (Jenny), Pretty and Twisted and Others. Those are a few of the stage names applied to her by the programmers from early years onward. Been going on for far too long, my friends! They messed with her, big time. Many of you saw it onstage when she was ill and collapsing. That was all handled. Big pharma and emkay ultra programming to keep her controlled and in line as a cash cow. Now the handlers are getting exposed. Finally! They are real a holes, if you know what I mean!
