Advancements and Challenges in Integrating AI in Image Processing in a clinical setting
Просмотров 332 месяца назад
Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a research topic of significant importance in recent years, with one of its crucial applications in the clinical realm is the processing of medical images. However, the translation of these methods into clinical environments remains a challenge, as their integration in the point-of-care is not straighforward. Additionally, challenges arise in ad...
Prediction Modelling: Uncertainty Awareness and Trust in Cardiac Deep Learning Models
Просмотров 283 месяца назад
Abstract: In recent years, DL models have dominated medical research, but they are often developed without consideration of how the models will be used in clinical practice. In most cases where a DL model could potentially be used for complex predictive problems, it is unlikely that the model will be used as a stand-alone “black box” tool to replace clinicians. Rather, it will act as a decision...

Glutathione is a redox buffer that regulates ATP production in the mitochondria. I have been using liposomal glutathione for about 20 months now. I "suck" 2 - 4ml in the morning and I find that my REM sleep is greatly improved. I awaken after 7 - 8 hours of nutritious sleep, usually after an imaginative dream. This makes me less autistic. My brain feels more creative and energetic. I'm trying to spread the word, I want people to study this simple treatment further

Upon my first shroom trip, my depression disappeared overnight. It shifted my perspective on the way I viewed myself. It showed me that I was stuck in one way of thinking. This was unhealthy mentally and it was affecting me physically. Within 6 months of the trip, my chronic lower back pain disappeared, I'm sure it was due to tension and stress, and hasn't returned.

I was diagnosed with Autism, took Psilocybin and feel completely normal, after 5 years I almost don't remember what it was like being Autistic. My IQ was around 145 with Autistic traits, now it's 160+ with no fear or delusional beliefs of metaphysical concepts. I find it like a polarity. If your brain is healthy and use Psychoactive substances you'll fuck your brain, if you have issues mentally it could fix the brain. Not facts, but from my experience of not leaving my house for 18years and now having a full time job making decent money and living. Is the only proof I need subjectivitely.

Fascinating, I was diagnosed with autism later in life and have experience with MDMA, what I experience is the return of social skills that had been lost / turned off by autism. When taking MDMA I can have normal conversations in which I can read their expressions, body language, I understand my own body language; it really is quite remarkable because normally I am the total opposite. A genuine fish out of water in a social setting. I also have experience with LSD and psilocybin mushrooms which opened up a whole new world of abilities; but nothing to do with socialising! Between the lot I would say MDMA helped the most with communication, LSD the most with physical movement. Mushrooms? Not sure, I never felt "alone" even though I was!

I am also autistic and took a dose a psylocibin, but I had drank heavy in my early 20s and I had been persribed marijuana to deal with my sever digestive issues so I my experience may not be transferrable. I puked up the shrooms shortly aftert taking them, I heard tradtional indian music and felt as though my conciousness was just outside the pallace of a Deva. I scolded myself for 4 hours over my mental health and quest to feel better. In terms of sensation, it felt like being blackout drunk without actually being drunk and still being in full control of my body. I was in no danger and I remained in full control but I was in a lot of discomfort and I fealt "off" for 3 weeks afterwards. That being said, I used it because psylocibin is a key drug in brainwashing and I was hoping to try self brainwash away some mental issues it seemed to work I think.

Solipsistic worldviews are somewhat uninimous with autism, on top of the already inherent egocentric worldview of the young before enough to frame the world has been acquired. The idea of autism and pattern seeking in conjunction with, for lack of better words, induced collaboration of the introspective and extrospective regions of the brain provides an immense clarity, association of the self with the external world, the dissolution of unconscious inhibition and detachment. Perhaps not immediate ego death, especially lower doses, but it can do incredible things if within a cultivation context and environment. It's like strapping a rocket to yourself pointing inwards. It definitely affirmed a degree of confidence in myself and my framing of the world, that I was on a reasonable path. I had a trip with a friend from my antenatal group, they said reality was breaking, it was like they had been living within their own tv show in which they were the main character. They said they felt like they 'knew' the walls of the room we were in. At one point we came to talking about how wrong the prison systems felt, and across the board a unanimous mutual understanding and empathy of being. Snap changes, from nervous centric to the self to calm. It was realization after realization up and down and up again. I noted anxious behaviour present prior had ceased afterwards, similar to experiences I had myself. I'm by no means an expert, but environment is important, I wouldnt condone being alone for it, definitely with people you trust. Pace it and do research, stay safe. It can do wonders when approached reasonably, I can only hope therapies become more commonplace in medicine, so much potential. It's all grounding, and learning not to fight the stream. One is never truly alone in the self, we will be okay. Prosper, and accept your excellence in the light for the dark, Stay safe, you are we.

Adhd, it does dial you in even in small to moderate doses. For me at least it's a great med.

I've severe sensory problems, poor balance and perpetual irritation because of it. Is it microdosing I need to do or should I go hard?

No no no, you can't do this. Big pharma cant milk billions out of it so it must remain illegal.

I was watching a video which talked about a recent study that investigated the effects of psilocybin, the active ingredient in magic mushrooms, in mice and demonstrated its long lasting effects on the growth and structure of dendritic spines. Mutations in several genes strongly implicated in autism have resulted in altered dendritic spine morphology, including SHANK35 and FMR1. Typical synaptic development is not linear; rather there is an overgrowth of synapses early in development, followed by a pruning of many synapses. I suspect that if the autistic brain can brought back into a state of neuroplasticity, the damage to the dendric spines can be reset with microdosing psilocybin while the child is engaged in A.B.A., much like the Son-Rise program. The Son-Rise Program focuses intensely on entering into the child's world and showing them the way out. This is done by teaching dynamic, enthusiastic, play-oriented methods that focus heavily on social development and social interactions with parents, siblings, peers, etc. I have two men 26 & 24 that are on the spectrum. I was watching this video when the idea came to me. ruclips.net/video/9Xj0wk7iH4w/видео.html ♥

This kind of therapy is really difficult to develop in the UK because society is so anal about drugs in general that the materials needed are so hard to get hold of. This drug and also CBD can help so much with all manner of brain stress. If they could be set for accessible and approved for safe medical use we wouldn't have such problems with street drugs and alcohol addiction. People would have something safe to go to that actually helps instead of making things worse. I say this as an autistic person who suffers many other conditions. Do watch the documentary Magic Medicine.
