the best tutorial
thank you so much for this video, i've just started learning to sew and I'm having an incredibly fun time, and I'm really getting the hang of it, while i've been practising on making things like tote bags and pillow cases for friends. My next journey is I want to try creating a simple t-shirt based on a shirt I already have.
And I'd thought that you were going to show how to make it instead of talking the hole time
Loved the video! Really helpful. Also everyone don't forget, Jesus is soon coming repent and believe the gospel. I'm not forcing just saying btw. Remember God give his only begotten Son to shed his blood for our sins so that we can be freely given grace when we have faith. Ask for forgiveness for you're sins today, pick up your cross and follow Jesus daily. Look at John 3:16- 17. 1 John 1:9, Romans 10:9-10. They're also other scriptures about your salvation through Jesus if those ones aren't understandable for you. May the Lord bless.
Communist Commando says thanks for the information ;)
Dropping a thank you comment to boost algorythm
This was exactly what i was looking for! Thank you so much!
The pattern link doesn’t work
Thank you for this video, I feel like my serged stitch looks good BUT my pre chain and post chain look odd, my left needle thread is not in the weaved chain,it's running alone beside the chain . Is this correct?
Never do a demo with black or dark fabric. I could not see anything.😢😢😮
How did you line up the sleeve blocks with the front/back piece blocks?
Been trying to fix my serger for 2 weeks watched this and fixed it in 2 minutes THANK YOU
You provided some good reasons. I was totally against using pdf patterns Now I’m open to it, and will definitely try one.
Thank you!
Outstanding! Clear, knowledgeable instructions and sneaky tips. Thank you so much! So well done.
Blessings 🙏 Thank you so 8:46 much. Just got the serger for Christmas and love your video It's so informative and helpful.🎉
Great video!
ABSOLUTELY A PERFECT VIDEO!!!!! Bravo🎉
Thank you, this is so clear and helpful!
I’m planning to swap the Janome 2000 for this 3000 as I want a less fickle machine. What do you think so far?
How can I get this pattern?
I started sewing today!
Wow ! Learned so much... thank you
When I am using the magic wand tool and click inside the line art, I get a small white patch, it doesn't clear the blue from the whole section as it does in your example. Is this a problem with the line art?
I’ve done sewing for a long time but I’ve done only plushies outside of the pjs my mom had me help with to teach me how to sew. This means I have a general understanding but now that I’m trying to learn how to make clothes and costumes I’ve felt so lost. This helps a ton
Sooo cute thxx
This was such a helpful video!! Thank you :D
Really good tips! Well presented. Thank you. 😊
On short Sleeve shirts what does ease in mean????? new to sewing my own shirts????
Thank you! My mom used to make our school clothes each year. She used parts from multiple patterns so we had something different. I always wanted to figure out how she did it.😊
Me encantó pero tenía q,usar algo liso para apreciar lo q,estaba haciendo pero gracias por compartir Dios te bendiga
This felt rather rushed, I think a slightly slower pace would be easier to follow. Good information, though.
This was great! You mentioned “yolk,” but never explained what it meant. Could you share its meaning?? 😀 Thanks in advance!
It's yoke defining an upper cut that will bear a different style from the rest of the clothes. Sometimes you can use different fabric on that part
so so helpful thank you!!
Спасибо!!! У вас всё ещё машинка Cover pro? Сейчас вы довольны ей? Часто ли она делает пропуски?
Thanks for a great video! I’m curious as to why you added a full inch on to the fronts if you only took a quarter inch seam. That is going to give you an extra 3/4 of an inch on each side, enlarging the front of the top significantly, isn’t this correct?
what the type of felt you use it please ? thank you too much to this toturial your new follower from IRAQ
Kimberly I wish you would do more videos on the 1200D . You explanations are excellent!
Thank you for your video. I received my Janome today, took it out of box and Im afraid to touch it :) It stands at the table and Im just watching this little monster :) I will check stitches with original setting and threads, as you mentioned. Great video for beginners like me, and Im glad I found you. In manual I never found any info about oiling, and no oil in regular extra acessories, just brushes, and in manual - maintenance how to keep it clean from dust etc. nothing about oiling, which is obvious for my other industrial sewing machine and overlocker.
“Don’t worry girl. I got you.” I’m a guy… 😐
I came here to make a similar comment.
I have had my Janome 3000CP for more than a year and never one skipped stitch. It's a great machine. I replaced 2000CP with this one to get the top coverstitch. Once you've learned how to use the machine properly, you won't have any problems. Do yourself a favor and follow The Last Stitch for all things coverstitch. She literally wrote the book.
Would you recommend cutting into the seam allowance before sewing down the other side to help the curves lay flat? Thx!
I can't seem to them download
Thank you!
Thanks. I really enjoyed your demo. Mine arrived a couple of days ago and I'm enjoying it so far. Keen to use the top cover stitch to sew some swimwear for my son and maybe some leggings to tuck my lil mum tum into
.....,
I regularly get skip skitches when sewing with 1mm stitch length. Does that happen to you too?
Great video 👏👏
Thank you! I found just what I needed to help troubleshoot an issue.
Would definitely love more coverstitch videos❤
