No offence, I've had five beautiful cats in my lifetime, but I wouldn't take hygiene advice from you. Your cat was sitting with his/her bum touching your chopping board, you were spitting cats hairs from your mouth, I also lost count of the amount of times you rubbed your nose. You either have an allergy or a cocaine habit.
Thanks
Awesome, thanks!
Please the ingredients!!!!! ❤❤❤
Hey! Apologies it was onions, sherry vinegar, salt, thyme, butter - then plenty of gbejna (local mild, soft cheeselet), butter and crusty bread :)
@@StephenLaRosa Thanks Man! 🤍 More support to you! 😌
Nothing works.
Found the perfect scrubby recently, will be releasing it in an upcoming video in 2 weeks, would reccomend subbing not to miss it :) (spoiler alert its a 30c scrubby from temu thats MAGIC)

Hahaha yeah I was waiting for somebody to correct me, sounds so much more legit :) 🙏
Newwel wahda l'hawn 😋😂

Milly’s the same colour as the frying pan. A cute cat btw❤
Hahahaha great observation xD She made an appearance in my latest youtube video if you wanna see more of her being ADORABLE :)
My grandma used to use a bit of coal and ashes
Sounds very heavy metal xD Will defo have to try! Found a great scrubby off of temu that I wasnt expecting to work but it was incredible, will be showing it off in an upcoming long form youtube vid if you wanna sub not to miss it :)
@@StephenLaRosa alright, you convinced me
@@ekz7015 honestly I was cleaning in real time on the video and in 1m I managed to do what took me 15m before!
I love my petty knife although I do also love my 5” Nakiri. Between the two of them, I really don’t need anything else
Couldnt agree more, have an old nakiri I used to use religiously but its pretty rusted up - I see a knife recovery video in my near future :) If you liked this video I'm releasing more long form youtube lately if you wanna check it out :)
This is equally hilarious and TASTY
Hahaha hilarious and tasty is what we were going for thx :P
the fact that you only have 1k subs is a crime, i was expecting over 3m. not even joking, keep going, people will catch on. Amazing content man, subbed
Dude its comments like this that keep me going, can't tell you how much I appreciate the kind words 🙏 Starting to put out long form youtube vids again and take this paltform seriously, would appreciate any feedback/watch time if you enjoyed this :) 🙏

🐖😍🍽️
Porcine, so fine, all time, be mine xo
Which of the three can you recommend for coffee flavor pairings? Somewhat like mixology.
All 3 genuinely -[ the flavour bible gives you a good list of ingredient pairings for inspiration, flavour thesaurus has some anecdotal stories and recipes to do with coffee and the art of flavour expands your understanding of how flavours like bitterness etc present in coffee work with other flavours and tastes - I would start with the art of flavour, then flavour bible, then flavour thesaurus if you're on a budget
So you had to add in your pronouns. Wtf
Piss off
who cares
haha I'm not sure I understood this comment xD
thanks for the support :)
appreciate the support :)
How do you find good quality olive oils for cooking (large quantities needed to fry stuff) and for eating (salads, dips)
Supermarket extra virgin or normal olive oil is great for cooking, its usually not the best quality - then I'll buiy a nice finishing oil in bulk from a local producer or friends and family with olive groves in sicily. In general, cheaper more refined oils for cooking, more flavourful finishing oils for dressings, sauces and drizzling on bread..
So yeah in general - for cooking, look for bulk deals at the grocery store, for flavourful oil try buy a 5LT metal tin of oil directly from a producer or importer
Which olive oil do you use for best quality?
I love Maltese and Italian oils since they're the closest to me, best price etc. The Mediterranean produces some amazing oils so I'd push that region but depending on where you live your country might produce some amazing stuff. Used to live in california for work and their olive oil was incredible! Just do your research :)
Thanks for the tips, thay have been added to next week's grocery list! To add an ingredient, Ras El Hanout spice mix (a good one!) Ive found its great at elevating my lazy vegiterian dishes
Couldn't agree with you more there! I'll talk about my favourite spice mixes at some point as its a big part of my cooking! If you enjoyed this I've started releasing mroe long form youtube videos. Would lvoe your feedback if you're interested :) 🙏
1 more: the SE Asian salty stuff called "Mushroom Seasoning" (my fave brand is easy to remember: there are swastikas on the label) (not a nazi) is like a milder MSG with a mellow warm flavor, it's not too strongly mushroom and also not too salty, but it makes things like brown sauces and tomato-based stuff have a pleasant, long-cooked taste. Way less heavy-handed than soy sauce (though of course soy sauce is delicious). It's something you can add a pinch at a time without much fear that you'll go over the line.
hahaha that label really through me off xD Sounds like an amazing ingredient/tool in my flavour arsenal, will definitely have to look out for it! If you liekd this video btw I'm starting to release mroe long form youtube videos again. Would love your feedback :) 🙏
Finally, some honesty! They never add the scrubbing part
Hahaha there was like an hour of scrubbing tbh, so not worth it! Found an item on temu recently that was liek 30c and works like magic, will be covering it in an upcoming youtube video if you wanna check it out :) Also have a longer form video on cleaning pans like this if you're interested!
I loved this video, and the tip you gave to the other commenter about all salts being equal in terms of salinity by weight was fantastic!
I really appreciate your feedback! Can be difficult to make videos about such technical topics btu I think its so valuable to becoming a better cook! If you appreciated this I'm starting to focus on more long form youtube videos again and would love your feedback if you've got the time :) Hope you enjoy and if you have any cooking questions please feel free to ask!!
Thanks for the recommendations! I'm developing an app to help people with item logging and flavor compatibilities, and these sources really helped!
That’s amazing because I’m working on an app like that now too! I look forward to seeing yours come out!
I'm so glad these videos could be of assistance to you! If you ever want to ask any questions or need any info on the topic I'd be happy to help!
Hey best of luck with your app also! If you ever have any food related questions that could help in the development please let me know :)
Where's thr quicker idea??
Hey! Not sure what you mean by this but I put out a long form video on the topic last year BUT in 2 weeks I have a video coming out where I review a ton of products and one of them is this DREAM scrubby from Temu - its like 30c and works like witchcraft on pan muck
I love your Cats Stephen, what are their names?🐈 I look forward to your RUclips content, follow you on Instagram and think it's really cool what you do.👍🏼 Kind regards, Jasmin from Switzerland
Jasmin your support means everything! Really appreciate the kind words and your following, if you'd like to see more of Milly and Penny I believe Milly makes an appearance in my latest long form youtube video. Starting to focus a lot on these longer videos and would love your feedback :) 🙏

there is no reason for this video to only have 2000 views
Really appreciate the kind words! If you liked this you might like my long form videos I've been working on :) Put a ton of time and effort into them and think you'd enjoy :) 🙏
Looks delicious, You deserve 100k subs😊
Really appreciate the kind words!! Trying to focus on my youtube channel again after a hiatus, if you'd like to check out my latest long form vid3eo would really appreciate the feedback :) 🙏
Good video
Thank you so much, really appreciate it!
You said boning and then deboning. You should have just called it a deboning knife. Thumbs down for your video.
The product is referred to as a boning knife, you use it to use a debone a piece of meat. If you say you're boning a piece of meat some people might get the wrong idea 😅
I use a paring knife the most followed by a small chef's knife.
Oh wow thats interesting, you find it most comfortable for most of your cooking? You might like a santoku if you prefer smaller kjnives also :)
These are some fancy neerdose😂
Hahahaha thankyou :) Nice to be fancy sometimes :P
Ces crepes se semble delisiouse.
Merci boucoup 🙏🙏 Thanks and appreciate you
These crepes look delicious
Thank you so much, appreciate it :) If you enjoyed this you may also enjoy my recent long form videos I've been working 🙏
Have you tried using a pinch grip with the Gyuto/petty? Might give you more control. I have average/larger hands but a pinch grip changed everything for me
Hey! Use a pinch grip on all my knives typically unless its in some altrernate hand position for things like boning/some slicing. Great suggestion btw :) 🙏
Recipe pls
Sorry for the mega delay - -2 large eggs -280ml Milk -140g flour -15g Olive oil -Pinch kosher salt herbs and more salt for savoury - sugar and vanilla for sweet :)
@@StephenLaRosa bro responded after 9 months
A grinder by the looks of it 🙈🤣🤣
Hahahah honestly that was my next idea but since then I released a long form video on how to clean them and this past month I just found this scrubby off of Temu its like 30c and I'll be covering it in a temu haul in 2 weeks if you wanna subscribe not to miss it :)
500 Sterling for a knife? I had to replay with captions just to be sure i heard correctly? Now I'm deflated about starting my culinary experience.
What makes you think there aren't cheaper gyutos? A good beginner gyuto is in the £50-£100 region.
Nah don't be! 500 is a super premium knife that I bought myself after 10 years of working as a chef. You can get an EXCELLENT knife for under 50 and buy little upgrades here and there when you need them. If you need any knife advice please feel free to message. Will have some videos uploading soon going over kitchen basics on different budgets :)
You couldn't be more right, I started out with a set of victorinox and my chef knfie was under 50 and did a fantastic job :)
Looks great. Keep the good work! ❤
Thank you so much, really appreciate it!
Recipe?
hey! Sorry if its not in the caption it should be on my IG, if you still cant find it feel free to emssage
Recipe quantities 😢
Hey! This one should actually be on my website :) If not my instagram has all myr ecipes - badly need to update my blog but being a solo creator is a struggggggle xD
Is there any diy way to imitate the vacuum sealer machine?
Yes! Ziplock bags and try remove as much air as possible before closing :)
Should have added more butter
Hope that was sarcasm
Couldnt agree more, always room for more
Hope he was serious xD
"Effortless" Vaccum seal and cook for 20 hours 💀
Hahahah yeah but you can sit on your a$$ for 20 hours xD
