Cardiff is experiencing a housing emergency with more people than ever before needing our help. We’ve developed these homes on the former Gasworks site as temporary accommodation while we work with families to find them somewhere more permanent to live. 155 units there £55,000000 cost, to be demolished in 5yrs. Wates were the main contractor, all units fully kitted out with brand new white goods and beds etc, some of the units cost more than traditional build homes and they are very nice indeed.
