So mine in the same safe mode update , whatever,, n it’s only giving me 3 options but when I did the 3 options it says something went wrong,, so I got this guy to fix it yesterday,, it was fine when I got home I got to play my games ,, I normally turn off my ps5 but I scared it was gonna do the same thing so I left it on ,, because I was going somewhere,, n when I got off it was turned off ,, I turned my tv back on n the safe screen was showing.

I had blank screen so tried again and did clear cache it took seconds then screen said rebuilding database and no problems now its sorted

😂 I still had to reset my shit but it’s ok…. The video helped out a lot man just to come to the realization that I’m gonna have to download everything again… that’s wat I get for unplugging it instead of shutting it off first
