Another set of writers who were hell bent on NOT giving their faithful fans what they deserved. Bravo, you made me hate the whole series!

Rory and Logan were the cutest couple in the series but the revival destroyed that! She's a hypocrite. Sleeping with yet another man who is in a relationship (first being Dean). Yet she got so mad when he "cheated" on her. He asked her to marry her. She could have had him to herself but instead she just wanted to sleep with him and continue to to date other men. She's not successful at all in life yet she was doing so great in the series. Smh I'm so disappointed

Besides the fact that I am really disappointed in Rory, because of all her wasted potential and the big pile of bad decisions she made through her life, what I can´t stand is the fact, that not only does she have an affair with Logal thought he is enganged, which I think is as low as someone can possibly go, Logan isn´t a good guy either. If he loves Rory than for gods sake, break up the engagement. Give that poor women (Odette) the chance to find someone who really loves her. Same goes for poor Paul. Both, Rory and Logan, are extemly selfish and don´t bother with the feelings of the persons around them. In my opinion it is just not necessary to let Rory fall as deep as they let her. Professionally, okay... that´s fine, a lot of Millenials know the struggles. But as a human being, in her personal relationships being such a sl*t (sorry, there is no other word for someone betraying her boyfriend with a man that is enganged to another woman)... I don´t understand, why at all. Lorelai wasn´t unfaithful in her relationships either, neither did one of her friends, so why should Rory turn out as such a big disappointment?

In my mind she does end up with Logan.

No matter what you all say. Rory is Lorelai her daughter. If you think about it. Lorelai would use and string along multiple guys, giving them false hope and throwing them away as soon as she was bored. She didn’t want Rory her dad but would sleep with him regardless and after breaking her marriage with Max suddenly she wanted the father of her child again. That’s the whole point of this show, they both can’t make up their mind, can’t commit and want what they don’t have. What do they end up up with? A child with the guy they didn’t want to marry but still sleep with.

I think it was possible to have this moment, the scene without the affair I think it just needed to happen so much earlier for her and unfortunately it didn’t. I think in a lot of ways they stifled Rory in the reboot and tried to hard to make the series something it shouldn’t have been. When we left them, Rory had an incredible job that she jumped at with no hesitation cause she was finally hungry and willing to put in the work. Lorelei and Luke were reconnecting and healing and everyone got such a beautiful moment saying goodbye to them. When we re-met with the cast Rory should have been deep in a blossoming career or maybe even at a pivotal crossroads but at least doing something other than acting put off by what used to be her life’s calling. Lorelei and Luke’s story was meh and the only thing the reboot got right was letting the characters mourn the death of the grandfather. I wish more care and love had been put into this reboot

All these comments saying it is morally wrong or doesn’t make sense. That is the point. The point is life is messy and people make mistakes and that creates drama for TV. There is very little story without stupid mistakes. The point of this whole show is that you can be smart, have advantages, be beloved and still get lost and make mistakes and love and lose and eventually it all catches up to you. I truly do not understand people judging this like it’s their actual best friends or family members doing it. Characters gotta character.

The scene with the boys is like Wendy with Peter Pan and the Lost Boys.

This scene is heartbreaking. I do believe Rory believes she is not cut out to be a married woman. In my opinion Rory doesn't picture herself as a wife. I always wondered why - she is healthy, wealthy, beautiful and smart. She and Logan had similar values and they loved each other. Opening up to a man - Logan- and risking to get turned down takes more courage than walking away and sacrificing their feelings.

Rory was never really smart when it came to making life decisions despite her pro and con list making. She had to stick to a plan too much and anything that went outside that got x before she thought about the consequences. Said no to a great job doesnt get the one she thought she would get thus the no and any time she tries to fix it it back fires because the job is gone. Proposal from a man she loves ask before she is ready and she says no now wishes she was twenty again. She could have gotten engaged and remained engaged until she was ready to set a date but instead rejects the whole idea without thinking about what she is letting go. This character by this point has not shown the character growth you would hope for.
