It highlights the beauty and fun of the game. The commentary is really insightful and makes me understand why so many people love this game. (Masochism???)This actually convinced me to get the game for Christmas. (Despite the fact that the videos of it scare me.)

I think my deaths were 3500 on completing it, and an extra like, 200-500 on moonberry I saw a youtuber have 9499 deaths getting moonberry

Farewell took me around 3,600 deaths to complete haha but after 100%ing the game twice and playing loads of mods I can confidentially say Celeste is my favorite platformer ever made. Great video by the way

Farewell took me 1800~ deaths, and going back for the moon berry added 200~ more.

Played and completed all up untill a few golden strawberries on PS4. Now I got it on PC, and what startet as me being too lazy to connect my controller, is now me doing everything like a noob again

i don't have the first save file i 100% the game,, i'm pretty sure i dd it thrice(? anyway thats to explain the hours and deaths i guess, tho the other ones i hadn't done farewell (because it didn't exist yet). I died 3297 times in farewell, spent 7 hours STRAIGHT in the last room LMAOOOO. full savefile is 55 hours and a total of 12155 deaths :D

Although I don't believe this playthrough, it told a funny story, so well worth watching regardless

Honestly it didn't make me that frustrated playing through the B sides, C sides, and Farewell. I don't remember ever slamming my desk once. It's true, the controls are so easy that it is indeed my fault when I die. The most annoying part is collecting all the berries. Oh, and Mr. Oshiro...

i will not take this nail art SLANDER i love nail arts i use them all the time! i dont think they're actually that helpful but they are so satisfying to use if you give them a chance they're great for taking advantage of end-lag, making them invaluable against bosses like sly

You`re very good at the game. Personally, I struggled a Lot on some on the required story bosses (Lost Kin, Traitor Lord, freakin WATCHER KNIGHTS I hate them so much, all of these were huge roadblocks for me). I never found out you can upgrade nail on my blind playthrough and quit it at some point. I was able to finish Radiance only with ALL the upgrades and many, many tries. I don`t think Radiance is easy, thematically it`s a boss about mental struggle (or fighting mind control), and the infuriating, never ending attacks of hers really make you struggle against her (and her theme is downright traumatising, same as Path of Pain). btw thank you for shoutout of the gap in her nails, it`s a great mechanic of her bossfight. p.s. Respect for beating the entire game. And you video critique is great.

32:41 I did NKG on Radiant and let me tell you the number of times I missed that fkn pogo nearly drove me insane. If not for this attack I'd have got NKG Radiant like 50 tries sooner.
