Ride Aboard a 1967 GM TDH-5303 "Fishbowl"
A ride on a 1967 GM TDH-5303 "New Look" (more commonly known as a Fishbowl) through various parts of Calgary and Airdrie, with some higher speed driving on back country roads.
670 is currently privately owned and I was incredibly fortunate to get the opportunity to see it in action! Many thanks to the current owner for an amazing day!

ES BELLO Y ME GUSTA COMO SUENA
Le hubieran puesto un motor Cummings 155
El motor se oye como el de los autobuses SOMEX de antaño
6:44
The best sound I know... ❤
You skip the fair
Does it have a hubodometer fitted?
General Motors Canadá vai começa importação desses ônibus gmc para Brasil em início de 2024??
I liked the appearance of the GMC New Look Fishbowl Bus and always enjoyed the sound of the engine with the automatic transmission shifting. Saw plenty of them in service with Southern California Rapid Transit. District.
All aboard my type of bus! ❤
17:01 this is CFD station 31???
Yes, it is
Sounds like direct drive
I hope it doesn't explode
2:26 sound like it has a 3 speed with a lock-up torque converter.
How about a clip of a ride in an SDM 49 passenger. I used to ride in them when I lived in a suburb of Worcester , Ma . and went to school in the city. The company that had them was B & W Lines , based in Framingham.
I want to do they have any short ones the
I KEEP coming back to this video, and what makes this even more majestic is at 17:35 a unmarked crown vic with CPS rolls by.... So much history.
I wonder where they found that bus, You don’t see those buses anymore
Wath is the unit number? Is this bus still alive or scrap?
I'm not entirely sure anymore. From what I recall, the bus was sold to another private collector before being shipped across the Country, so at this time I do not believe it to be scrapped
The bus looks great. However, what happened to the signage? It would be awesome if the signage could be restored or reinstated it would really spruce up the bus and give it more of an authentic retrospect. Nonetheless it was a great video and a great ride and great scenery of the Calgary area! Thank you for posting
Jeez those 6-71s are real screaming motors.
I was surprised to see North Pointe bus terminal at the beginning of the video. I live near that area.
