Max speed I went was 50kmph in a flat Road. It feels amazing to go faster than motor bikes and some cars

Love to see you overtake motorised vehicles, at the same worried about your health. Exhaust gases produced by those lazy drivers of motorised vehicles is so damaging for the body! All those ultra fine particles... And you are breathing extra deeply and intensely as a sportsman. I always try to avoid such traffic intensive roads for that purpose. If you ride a bicycle often, as I do, your chronic exposure to exhaust gases can become very high if you don't avoid heavy traffic. I once read a scientific peer reviewed article about the iimmediate effect on the body of young healthy sports men, I was blown away (immediate rise of blood pressure I believe.) Let alone what it does on the long term...

My top speed on 7 gear bike was 40kph maintained it for just 3-4 seconds haha it's very hard to maintain the speed..

I am a MTBer who recently injured his wrists; I got a budget road bike (polygon strattos s5 with 105 groupset) to continue riding. It opened up a new door of upgrading and tinkering, lol. I haven't gone full roadie yet but man, I get it. It's fun going fast, whether on a MTB or road bike. MTB will always be my main but I feel like road cycling and MTB complement eachother so well.

Mi top speed that i can say proudly is 62kph on flat with a barrelly noticeable uphill incline, was having 50kph on the flat and decided to go for it. Only lasted at that speed 10 seconds. Lovely to see you overtake motorized vehicles.

Bike ok but decathlon need to come up with good colours the previous grey and dark blue colors were decent ones. RC 120 seen in white and RC 500 in only turquoise blue here in India.
