The more you listen the better gets for sure. I love this new track of theirs. Hetsu's bass in the chorus is awesome.

It is good to hear Matsuri have more of a lead vocal in this song. At first I thought ok, it is a small step away from their usual material, especially with the very glamorous look, portrayed in this MV. However after a few listens I am hearing a lot more and enjoying it more than, ok. You are so lucky to be seeing Hanabie, for a second time.

Not my favorite Hanabie song. It's not bad, but they can do better for sure. ^^

Hanabie. are going on tour with "Left to Suffer" and "Outline in Color" starting on the 17th! I personally really love this song, it grew on me quickly and it's been stuck in my head ever since i heard it on their radio broadcast nack5. I like that Hanabie. is so versatile and have so many genre's under their belt they could almost do anything.

I was the same as you in my youth. If it wasn't the hardest, fastest, heaviest metal imaginable, I thought it sucked and had no balls. As I got older and into my 20s, I suddenly became more receptive and appreciative to ALL genres and rock/metal. Primarily because I started reading & hearing all of my thrash metal heroes say in various interviews how much they admire the musicians in bands I considered too lame and weak. When they were describing the impacts the musicians other genres had/have on them, I started giving all of those other groups I'd previously hated a more objective chance. Now I'm able to appreciate all types of rock/metal without thinking my masculinity somehow correlates to how heavy my rock music is.

Generally I watch your reactions to videos and songs outside of your wheel house but in mine, like Archspire, First Fragment and Spawn of Possession, but I decided to check this one out to see you react to something more in your preferential genre. I can't say I've ever been much of a All That Remains or metalcore fan, although I did like some of the early metalcore bands in the late 90ies like Zao, Converge and Burn the Priest (who later changed their name to Lamb of God.) but I quite enjoyed this song. Jason Richardson is quite an amazing guitarist and it's good that he can fill the shoes of their deceased friend and band mate. All that being said, Archspire just released a new lyric video for their song "Acrid Canon" you might enjoy reacting to, since you seemed to quite enjoy their other stuff. Have a good one!

Habe NNO erst letzte Woche zufällig entdeckt und..was wirklich selten der Fall ist..direkt nach den durchklicken der div. Songs in die Liste meiner Lieblingsbands aufgenommen. Die div. Musikstücke und vor allem die super geschriebenen, emotionalen Texte haben mich sofort gepackt (gestern direkt alle 3 erschienenen Alben auf deren Bandseite bestellt..auch dass ein sehr, sehr seltener Akt! By the way: Netter Mailkontakt mit Morgan Lydemo (dem Gründer/Songwriter) geführt..). Meist es bei mir so, dass ich zwar das jeweilige angeklickte Stück einer mir (noch) unbekannten Gruppe gefällt..aber wenn ich mich dann weiter in deren Alben reinhöre, bleibt es bei diesen max. 1-3 guten Stücken..der Rest..naja. NNO hat es geschafft, als ich 95% der Stücke sofort mag..Du merkst, NNO haben mich! 😉 Höre normalerweise eher deutlich härtere Dark-/Gothic-/Industrial-Metal usw...das zum Thema..für Deinem Geschmack manchmal "zu soft"

They toured 2022 in Europe, and last year they toured both in the spring and did summer festivals and conserts, and many soldouts conserts in Germany ;-) And they came out with a record 2022 "Fever dream" and dec 2023 an EP, just so you know ;-)
