As soon as they killed Stannis the show was all downhill from there. Stannis should’ve been there for The Long Night. I truly wanted Stannis to be the one to kill the Night King and take the Iron Throne. ours is the fury with the theme is no doubt the most badass of all. the theme is obviously the one that has a lot of 'kingly parts' but most of it is pure anger, strength...you can feel how ferocious it is and hardcore purely war theme while passing some nuance of soft and epic king like themes. imagine an army of baratheons marching on this music. bunch of berserkers

I never could get behind Stannis Baratheon. Even though he was Roberts rightful heir. He disowned his father and his kings gods. And chose to follow a witch. I can't stand behind that. Davos was cool tho lol. And I didn't really care for Renly either. For my own personal reasons. But he would have too weak of a king. Robert was best for the thrown at the time. If only his advisors would have stood up to him and put him in his place with reason and logic. Jon Erin loved him to much. People may disagree with me on this. But Robert should have made Tywin Lannister hand of the king after the rebellion

Stannis was the only character that had a personality of a real king.

Disgusting how his TV show storyline was so minor and irrelevant, when he's one of the biggest players in the books...always mentioned and brought up, and has a lot of influence. Yet in the show he's this secondary character always acting lifeless, confused, and bored...and out of character. D&D had no idea what to do with this character and his story and weren't interested in him...just like they didn't feel invested by Dorne and the Iron Islands, hence why they destroyed both (the ironborn in the show were always PATHETIC and non-canon since season 2). D&D were fake fans of ASOIAF and Martin failed to see it. Stannis's already butchered storyline in the show ended up being a waste of time, thanks of D&D's meddling and destruction of the real story.
