I Would have thought that the water line or level would normally reach, based on the mass of the vessel when it is empty in relation to and when it is fully loaded/ reached its maximum loaded capacity. When ever the water from the ocean or sea passes that water line or level the boat/ vessel is in danger of sinking. Thanks for the video. Take care. And happy and a prosperous New Year. Viewing from NYC. Oh one more thing: the powers that be, should try to develop that launching site, and install some modern technologies for the purpose of putting the vessel in the water. They used to build and launch boats at Calliaqua, on the mainland when I was growing up.
