Thanks and a little tip , if your bolt for that upper arm is the other way round like mine was , it is tricky to get it past the shock absorber but it does just about knock through, using a hammer and punch . it scrapes slightly on the shock absorber but no damage to worry about , when putting it back , switch it the other way round like it is in this video , so it’s easier for next time !

Thanks for this video, very well filmed, and good dialog, I have a Volvo C70II 2011, which has exactly the same suspension set up, it's quite literally the same parts, as this car was developed under Ford ownership in the mid 2000s, I will be relacing the whole control arm, seems pointless to me taking everything off and not having a new replacement to be honest, I bought a Meyle lower control arm for £76 complete (original quality) no messing around and quicker, don't have to worry about having to replace the control arm bushes either at a later date, they are prone to wear out around the 100k mark, my offside control arm bushes were completely gone at 102k and was replaced, now the other side has gone at 106k, but this time I will do it myself, the garage charged me £208 supply and fit Napa control arm.

no the way this video cleared it up for me completely. i absolutely love my Bose headphones, but I've been using the aux cord to connect my headphones to my laptop. i lost the cord and could never figure out how to connect these using bluetooth. thank you so much!!!!

Yes another point is to remove the cable yolk file off any rust and grease but.... be very careful when guiding the hook through the latex boot you don’t want to rip it 😏

Excellent and accurate video, those shoe retaining springs are very very tricky , there is a tool apparently that allows you to push and compress the spring and twist the T pin ....also a t bar with a hook on is excellent for removing the upper and lower springs
