It takes forever to see an exorcist and they make you live day by day making you want to end yourself and they will try and make it sound like its a good idea. Just don't mess with the occult DO NOT DO IT.

Wrestling is a constant gird & a way of life that can't be described unless you've been there. Every wrestler I know went on to become successful men & amazing husbands/fathers & positive role models. The sport changes lives!

I really enjoyed this video! Ben is one of those people I watch immediately when he pops up in my feed because of his articulate insights on fighting. It was interesting to get a glimpse into his "behind the scenes" world and hear more about his approach to sports psychology, especially when it comes to developing young athletes. I completely agree with his views. I'll definitely be ordering Ben's new book, along with Ryan Holiday's - great recommendation!

I’m an energy worker i have a friend who is mentally ill and ends up in the psychiatric ward every three years with manic behavior and depression and psychotic episodes. The energy of the mentally ill is very different and it is askew which allows negative attachments to take over the brain. Last time he was in, my mentor found 13 attachments!!! Now I get that duty , these attachments are very sneaky and convincing. Everything IS ENERGY, a healthy brain can battle them easily.
