Welcome to my channel. My name is Mery, and I just want to tell you a little bit about myself first. I've been plant based for a little over three years now. I was inspired to go plant based after not being happy with the way I was eating. Thus began my journey of research and wanting to make a lifestyle change. Ever since I made the change, I've felt an overall improvement in my life-so much so that I decided to create this channel to share my plant based experiences with you.

This channel will dive into my personal health journey, as I try to lose weight and get my health back on track. I also create and test many delicious whole food plant based recipes, as well as some fun vegan recipes.
