    Dry material. If it is hygroscopic. Up injection speed, or psi. ,but not enough to sheer. And a drowling nozzle could be a bad heater band or thermocouple . And make sure you barrels are at the right temp.. if you have valve gates that can affect your plastic flow aswell

      What bout if a valve gate tip is excessively bigger than the other one, like close to resembling a stop sign lol?

    You had some good points.Well done. All were basic though. Im tasked with molds made in China, Please explain to me how their plastic does what I cant duplicate. They stage every step of their injection and hold. No matter what I do I cant pack the part out with no hologram of the boss in the middle of the molded part. They did it , I cant. Its Polycarb, color and microban

      check that they have used the exact same material. Obtain their trial setup sheet. Better to conduct your own qualification trial Get the cavity filling correctly before starting the packing study
