Objects disappear when you turn power off. Use a keyframe. Or you can destroy the object add to animation timeline.

I can assure you making a decent walk cycle without any procedural animations used in Dreams is a huge task. That said it is in any program and even more so in Dreams, believe me I've done it in Maya, Blender, 3D Max and Dreams is w/o a doubt the hardest application to do it in. Not saying it's impossible, but hard. It's probably slightly easier now since the last animation update though. But making several unique walk/run animations will take you weeks if not. months, if they are going to look right have the right arcs, overlap/follow through, balance /weight etc. There are 12 animation principles that should be in present all good animation. So unfortunately I also doubt Lex has that skill. She has strengths for sure in many other aspects of Dreams creation though.

@@eddieandersson5570 The method of turning off the pre made stuff and activating your own animation I can do, the animation itself I agree not my strong suit, so it will depend on whether the tutorial is about how to activate rather than create your own animations . Take a look at the procedural animations in the character model by MitterMak Ultimate Platformer to see how he has done it. indreams.me/element/oXfdhaXhrwc. I will have a look at making a basic entry to the principles of making your own walk animations and what you need to be aware of.

@@giovannisoto4353 So, once you turn the procedural walk and animation off on a puppet, it will move around with a sliding motion. You can apply an animated sequence to the stick and it will play it, but with the sliding forward movement which doesnt look natural. So you have to place keyframes to move the puppet only when you step, and this is a tricky thing to get right - this is why the puppet has all this inbuilt adaptive code so you can create a unique walk WITHOUT having to animate it yourself. I would recommend combining the two techniques rather than re-invent the wheel by creating your animation to run with the procedural walk. I will make a tutorial on this for you.

@@DreamswithLadylexUK no I just mean in general, most videos that were made on dreams had very mild editing if they were even edited. If that wasn't the case the community probably would have grown alot faster and alot more.

@@R1ze_humorous I dont know - I think UglySofaGaming did a good job with their presentations. But it was not the responsibility of the community to develop editing skills to promote Dreams - that is something that Media Molecule and their marketing and community teams should have done. Maybe that is what you meant.

@DreamswithLadylexUK In the line of trends (where P.Т is now in the first place) there are games, so this line is updated every month, and I want to know when new games will appear in the trending line and the current ones will disappear, and I will be able to post a new game, because in this case there is a better chance that the game will become popular.

@@ehotps4205 My advice would be to ignore trending completely. There is no way to know when and what will be released in Dreams. There is no guarantee of what will be popular, and when you release it probably makes zero difference. You might want to try marketing the game outside of Dreams - Discord Twitter Reddit RUclips etc. Some creators had some success with developer notes and video updates on the build to gain interest for thier release.

Are you showing as offline? Dreams often drops in and out, but if you are permanently offline then check your internet and try turning your ps off . Otherwise I am not sure what the issue would be.

@@DreamswithLadylexUK Is there a solution to delete linked copies? The rest of the designs will be deleted. I don't have space.

@@DreamswithLadylexUK New designs are saved online, but old designs are not saved.

@@ebrahim-ki9bv If you do not have space on your online area you may have a problem. The only way to delete files locally is everything that is linked, but if you save it online first you wont lose it, and you can always grab it back from the online server.

@@DreamswithLadylexUK I will do a bit more research about this subject, thanks for the link. I will try to see if I could make this work. Hopefully I can. By the way, if you're interested about knowing how to create a system where the puppets armor (this will only work if you have a complete physical puppet underneath sculpted armor) that will break based on the puppets health, I could explain it as I recently learned how to do it properly. If interested about knowing how to create the logic for that, let me know.

Not going to happen. Media Molecule are no longer developing anything with Dreams, they have moved on. What we have now is all we will ever have.

I am guessing you did not wire the counter to reset. Watch the video again, you will see a wire from the end of the hit reaction to the reset on the counter.

It felt like a solid start I am interested to see if it develops into a full game with player goals and time limits etc.

I havent made one in a while, but if I got a request I know how to do I am happy to make them.
