Hi Elizabeth, Would the women's side be Muddy River Morris. This side is on the internet A Community - Our History Muddy River Morris held its first practice at Wheelock College in Boston in 1975 during a time of resurgent enthusiasm for folk dancing. Muddy River women were among the first to challenge the notion that only men should dance Morris! Nearly 50 years later, a few original team members remain. Nearly 100 individuals have danced with the team while they lived, studied and/or worked in the Boston area. The composition of the team is dynamic with many comings and goings but the group continues to be a community of all ages and diverse backgrounds. @@MorrisDancersUK While you're there. I came across a video of the 'Mummers Boys' (2 melodeons and spoons) who appear to be dressed in similar fashion. Are they with Leominster Morris and doing a bit of moonlighting on the side?

@@Wotsitorlabart You are quite correct. Three nice guys who are having a go at traditional music. I came across them in Upton playing when their side was having a break from dancing.

@@GreggESchneeman Many thanks for your comments and I'm pleased you are enjoying Morris sides. There are a few people who are also filming and preserving Morris sides and they have been doing it far longer than me. I do enjoy visiting the folk festivals in different towns to capture the various dancers and I get to see streets and buildings I might otherwise never see.

@@MorrisDancersUK ​ I'm glad your enjoying good weather at these events.We do have Morris teams in the U.S.A.. There is also a off - shoot dance form done by cheer leaders called "American Morris Dancing", there are some YT vids that show people doing it. See "Fluffy Morris Dancing" playlist.

@@GreggESchneeman Regarding the weather, I tend to check the weather forecast before travelling to the festivals otherwise I waste money and time but you can always get caught out, I worry about getting rain in the camera and ruining it. I will take a look at Fluffy Morris. Many thanks.

@@MorrisDancersUK I'm currently apprentice to Leominster Morris. I have to learn six dances before I can get my bells and your videos have been great asset for my learning the dances, so many thanks. P.S. Do you have a video of Broseley? It's the only one of the six I need to learn that I cannot find online.
