Добавлен 4 июн 2008
Redline Racing was founded by Cameron Sawyer in 2001 and is located in Sweet Home, OR. Redline started as a small business in a garage until expanding into a 2,400 square foot shop at its original location and now operates out of a 4,000 square foot shop just outside Sweet Home, OR.
Our full showroom stocks a wide variety of parts for most ATVs on the market. We also have a Dynojet 188 ATV Dyno for tuning.
In 2018 Redline Racing purchased a Centroid CNC machine and now makes a vast variety of billet banshee performance parts.
We specialize in Yamaha Banshee performance! All tech work, machine work, welding, porting, boring, tuning and transmission work is done in house. There is nothing too big or too small for Redline.
Whether you need regular maintenance or a custom build, Redline Racing is your one stop shop.
Redline Racing builds and races the same motors it sells to its customers. Redline Racing motors have a proven track record backed up by winning races and dyno testing.

Another Yamaha Banshee intake test. Very interesting to see what differences there are in intakes and using stuffers.
Banshee 39mm intake dyno test.

We test 4 different 39mm intakes for a 10mm 450 serval cub. Watch to see what intake will work best for your build.

Downgrading carb size on a 521 supercub Banshee for "Fuel economy" defeats the purpose of the build altogether... go find yourself a 4stroke if your worried about saving a few mls of fuel in exchange for hp...on a Banshee, just stupid!
More videos!! 😀
Is it those cub cylinders and bigger carbs that had it with so much power
How accurate do you think that is with that right rear being so out of round? The hop at high speeds I think would have some issue with the test
*left rear
❤❤❤
do you make powervalve cylinders
What is the size of the Mini Jet and Pilot Jet for the Yamaha Banshee 4mli Bore 66mm carburetor 35mm?
Out of all the banshee pipes you’ve tested what ones put out the most torque
SLP
30hp is like almost the entire hp of the engine
You should them flames out your rad I had some similar and it would make it run a lil hot and I didt have nothing close to the power your pushing
How do the Paul Turner High Revs compare to the mid ranges on the dyno? I’m currently running the High revs and love them at the dunes but getting into more drag racing and am considering going CPI in frames. Curious to know your opinion on those! Great video btw
Honestly, I have never done a back to back. I’m sure HR ones are higher rpm but it’s minimal when comparing to CPI or other inframe drag pipes. Cpi usually peak at like 9600 rpm, ptr pipes rarely see 9000k with either HR or mid.
@@RedlineRacingLLC good info thank you, now I just need to find a set in chrome!
@GuessWhoGurr get cpi u won't regret especially if drag racing is somthing u want to do
All that torque man who ever owns that bike is gunna have no problems in the dunes. If I could build a 521 jus like that I would . Good gasser = more riding time . Great power = More fun 👍👍next build for sure
Keep it 💯 👌
how much hp do you think a 521 supercub will make with toomey t5 pipes
Honestly have never done one. I’d guess 90-100.
thanks for sharing this, great content! cam is a BOSS at building/tuning these bikes
Please keep making these video can you make a video difference between in frame shearers and an out of frame show the difference of power and toque gas to alcohol?
Will that fit a carb model YFZ 450 tank? (YFshee)
I am not sure on that.
Those are definitely some good numbers is there a big difference in the super cub over the super serval in the same set up?
I honestly have no idea. This is the only one like this I’ve built.
@@RedlineRacingLLC definitely be a nice dune setup 👍 really like the videos and the info your doing keep it coming
Great video Cam. fun to watch these. thx
Glad you enjoyed
Nice video! I need to add a pingel with reserve to mine. Great tips here. And thanks for taking my call last week and answering all my questions. You gave me a lot of great info! 👍
Love these vids! Back to back dyno tests are the true way to see what works best for customers. Great work.
Yeah it’s crazy to see differences between two setups.
The owner of that banshee can't be very smart. But it does look nice.
Well CJ you may be correct. He has a lovely wife tho.
Dude is still making the same power as my 421 cub, and still 10 more torque, all at a lower rpm 😆. All that torque and power under 8500 rpm must be crazy on the trails 😳.
Yeah it’s like a diesel engine. It’ll be a super fun bike to ride.
Awesome work Cam! Torque motors are super fun!
Thank you man!!
Hey bro!!!! Great vids! Redline Racing ftw!!!!
Would you ever consider doing banshee pipes on Dyno
We are releasing our PVR vs Snioer tests tonight. They will be on FB and I’ll add video here little later. On Banshee HQ forum we did pipe comparison on stock cylinders few years ago. It’s in dyno section.
Great video Cam. It will definitely be useful to some people 👍🏻 thanks for all the great motors over the years
