I have a couple of those, but for masking tape, I use Gorilla duct tape to pull it off. Much faster and easier.

OK! I'm getting one. I've heard people talking about something that does this. But I wasnt sure what exactly it was. But now I'm getting one. I have a laptop that I have specifically for my Glowforge. It is on a desk right next to it. But alot of times I need to do some design work on my studio computer. So I get annoyed with having to go into the other room to push the button. I will say... NOT a good idea to leave your laser running while you are in another room. BUUTTTTTT!!! There are so many cameras that can be set up so that you can watch it from another room. So that's what I'll be doing. Thanks for sharing. Hope you get a little kickback from the amazon link because I'm using your link to get one. ALSO... I found out about this because I was looking for hold down pin files to print on my 3d printer and saw a "switchbot mount". I didnt' understand it. But apparently you put it over/around your button and it lifts the switchbot up the appropriate height. Going to print one

Those are pull tabs. The bot can push and pull.

Thanks for posting this. I bought a K40 and sold about 20 of these in a weekend posting to my personal FB page. I tried posting to marketplace and not getting any views. I've got really nice product images. Am I posting this too early?

So, I tried your method, but it did not work. I was using blue tape for the engraving. I don't have Gorilla tape, but I something similar. It is a black tape that is so sticky, you can barely get off the roll. I will try the transfer tape. Hopefully, I have better results.

With such success I would highly recommend one day to upgrade your Glowforge to an Epilog, Trotec, or Universal system, they are workhorses and extremely reliable with razor sharp cuts and engraving quality, congrats on your success

Just ran my preorder locally for these starting a few days ago. In just under 24 hours, I had over $300 dollars in preorders with a few orders still rolling in every day. My Glowforge is going to be cooking this month between these and my other products! This is a fantastic product, a fantastic set of files and is 100% worth the money if anyone is even remotely thinking about it. Thanks so much for this!

What was that first product. Your camera work was real Jerky and you didn't have a good direct view of the product. It looked like boards with portions of the alphabet. I don't understand their purpose or the appeal. More information please.

The problem I see in your explanation is profit.. what if someone asked you to make 20 or 100 and expects a discounted rate? where you taking your discount from? your labor of 60 per hour?
