    about crank thing, i6 have longer crankshafts So they need to be stronger than V cranks(bcz they shorter in length)

    I was watching your video on the epoxy closed deck, love your channel I'm glad I found it. Have you heard what the reliability or longevity is with that set up? Also how much more heat are u getting in the oil temps?

    They do have anti log on f10 535 It’s the first thing on the mhd app when you go in option before installing your custom tune or any other maps. After enabling it to activate bring and keep the rpm at 3000 rpm then pull down (-)on the left adjuster gage on the steering wheel for 3 sec

    What about if you used an N55 M2 (or S55 with the rear blocked off) oil pump setup that hooks up to the turbo oil drain? Save you having to run that separate pump circuit? I’m not 100% certain it’s exactly what you need, but could be worth a look.

    What's your 0 to 60 mph with Pure Stage 750?

      This is a full frame turbo now but before with the pure750 my best 0-60 was 3.72 on the street and no launch control loading up a stock converter.

      No RWD and I turn my traction control off every time I get in the car lol

      @@Inhouseperformance my transfer case is tired so much so that I actually used x delete to disable it. Now from 1st to 4th I can see traction control trying to cut power anytime I start hitting full boost. I couldn't find anyone else who has a similar issue with the traction control system cutting power even at higher speed. Watching the real time data, I noticed the rear speed sensor shows a slightly faster speed when this happens from the front. It doesn't make sense to me unless the wheel speed sensor is sending bad data

      @@brarautorepairshold your dsc button down for 5 secs and it will show traction control off and then it will just burnout instead of cutting power.

    I got a 640 n55 .. I blew the motor at 115k and got another with 22k now I want to keep it n build ..your review on the Pure 750s brought me to your channel just haven’t made up my mind if I want to go Top mount or not

    Something i would never understand about the n54 and n55 bmws guys. Why dont yall just go directly to to deck inserts. Expoxy does not not help copper ring does not help. Yall lifting heads because of combustion pressure, epoxy is still soft compared to metal.

      What does the head lifting have anything to do with epoxy close deck. The head lifted because of stock head bolts. The cylinders can eventually oval out with higher cylinder pressure but going to a full frame turbo I can still run similar boost pressures and make more power. I didnt go to a cylinder support because prior to this project and my youtube channel I never thought Id take the project this far, I also couldnt do it this time around as I had already opened up my cylinder .5mm for my new pistons and after you press in cylinder supports you need to machine the cylinder and if I had to go bigger then I have currently I would need to resleeve the block or get a custom piston which is to expensive for what Im trying to do. I also wanted to make this a budget style build so cast crank, epoxy close deck which alone saves a 2-3 grand on the build. Next motor is getting forged everything and pressed in close deck and new sleeves.

      @@km6832also like I said I never planned on going over 700whp which honestly the open deck configuration would have handled no problem but going full frame I I figured Id do the epoxy as a just in case. This is my first BMW engine build as Ive built mostly GM and Ford engines in my past and this has has been a great learning experience for me. Im happy to do the learning and share my process and ups and downs with everyone.

      I actually almost bought an F30 before the F10 but Ive always been a fan of the bigger body cars and Wagons. Ill be purchasing the new M5 wagon now that its finally making its way to the states. Also this car was never meant to be a race car or anything of the sort, just a fun around town car that could still surprise anyone who wanted to F around and Find out. I will be moving to a smaller chassis for my next project that will be strictly for racing

    N54 guy here, but I have a soft spot for the N55 platform. Man you have straight killed it bro. Only question I have is why a 6862? That is a tiny turbine for a 68 compressor. Unless you are saying 6268 that would make more sense. Love the manifold, and I agree cast crank will live just fine, I would think the block would give out before the crank. Inline 6 should have much less stress than a V8 with huge counter weights, plus we have balance on our side. Can't wait to see where it goes from here.

    I have a 2013 BMW 535i Xdrive. Im trying to get 1000+HP with forged pistons and Rods. Close deck conversion as well LDS the cylinder walls with arch coating to make it stronger just like the B58 motor. All next year and as well as figure out a way to use a N54 front mounted intake manifold but be able to cool down the DME.

    pulsar 6862 is a good spool turbo but unfortunatly its not capable of 900whp on 3liter engine,820whp os around the max,cant wai to see though

    I had a low mount on a previous car, I wired in an alarm/led that would tell me if the pump was not running. I am curious to see what you do for an intake.

    Man I commented on one of your other videos last week and have since started thinking about a b58. Seeing this video reminds me how much I want to push the f10 n55 platform. Edit: Even though this is underslung and not top mount I would still be a customer since it's a full frame setup. I can't wait to be one of the first to buy this manifold.

      One thing I'm curious about is how well the epoxy closed deck will hold up as opposed to the inserts that VAC Motorsport can press in. If it holds up well then it saves about $2000.

      @@CrazyDingoMan1​​⁠cylinder support systems only charge $750 for a close deck and I would have done it this time around but since I opened up my cylinders .5mm it wasnt an option unless I resleeved the block and re machined to match my pistons which was to much work at this point

    Interesting to hear your thoughts on the top mount setup. I'm going to be making a top mount manifold for my N55 M2 in October to put a G30-770 on it and yeah it looks like its going to be a pain in the ass lol plus mine is RHD so also got the steering column to contend with. I managed to fit 2 turbos into a 350Z though and I'd say that was even more tight for space, so I'm up for the challenge. Keen to see how your build progresses

    How height is the epoxy deck?

Saw you say you took it off your site. Currently in process of cleaning my dinan closed air box intake filter and my MAF sensor. Jordan says I need more airflow. Let me know either way.       @@duncanj206 unfortunately I dont believe it fits on the 335i just the 535i and 640i. You can still purchase my inlet and that will increase intake airflow and allow you to make your own intake
