Ingredients for the filling:
750g Beef
Some Curry leaves
1 piece of crushed Ginger
1 tbsp crushed Black Pepper
½ tbsp Salt
250g Shallots (may use 3-4 chopped onions instead)
A small piece of chopped Ginger
2 Green chilis (medium spicy)
Some Curry leaves
Coconut oil
2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp crushed Black Pepper
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
Some chopped Coriander leaves
Ingredients for the batter:
Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
Coconut oil
